From what I can see its all unpurchased DLCs...and it is not limited to ME3. I tried the buy now option for some DLCs for Battlefield 3 and I got the same issue as well...white loading screen that never loads

Was really looking forward to playing today

I downloaded it yesterday evening at 11.00pm GMT+1 with no problems.

I actually accessed the DLC from the ME3 menu, rather than Origin's. I then exited the game and downloaded it as usual. I realize it's not much, but you may want to try this. Also, Win7's install permission was actually hidden, and required an Alt-Tab to be brought to the front.

I've restarted Origin, about to try restarting my computer. That didn't work either.
