In my humble opinion. For headshots. Tried cerberus gold and this thing 2 shotted most mooks exept dragoons and phantoms. And i didnt even use Pistol Amp V , Pistor Rail Amp III or Cranial Trauma system V. All of wich significantly boost pistol and headshot damage. I used it on the FemBot but i see this thing being great on characters with stasis ability and casters generally.
