Do the rune and Mage bonus such as frost weapons apply to the off hand weapon? When I hit with the main hand weapon the color coded damage bonuses show but when the off-hand weapon hits onty the white basic damage number shows.
Thanks for any info.

Yes, speaking from what I've experienced, the off-hand runes and/or enchantments do apply during basic autoattacking. The only time I didn't notice colour coded damage numbers for the off-hand weapon was during backstabbing. I've heard that when there are too many floating damage numbers to show, sometimes few of them are skipped although the damage is dealt normally; I've no idea whatsoever regarding this. But I can confirm that I've seen off-hand rune damage numbers while autoattacking as a rogue from the front 180 degrees of enemies.

Thanks. I try to backstab a lot with my rogue so that's probably it.
