Yesterday, early, they charged my credit card (they don't charge it until the game ships), and about 8 hours later I did receive the unlock codes for the bonus content. Problem was, they had not sent me the download link for the game or the key. I emailed Trymedia about this issue as Gamestop's CS wouldn't even talk to me because "they don't handle the digital distribution", I got an auto-reply from them saying thanks for your business. About an hour later I received another email from their CS saying they were sorry I didn't receive it yet and they would check with their techs (haha really?) to see where the problem was and they would get back with me.
So, 24 hours after having my CC charged for the game, I still have not received the ability to download it yet. Never again will I preorder a digital copy from Gamestop. Direct2Drive does it much better and dare I say; Amazon might too.
