Sentinel: Asari Valkyrie, so much fun with a good shotty!

Infiltrator: Male Quarian (or maybe *ahem* our new metalchick.)

Vanguard: Asari, but the Cabal looks very interesting.

Adept: Asari Justicar. Any class that rips up Phantoms that well is a favourite of mine.
Soldier: Turian Soldier. Solid and reliable destroyer of all the things.
Engineer: N7 Demolisher. Grenade spam to victory!
Sentinel: N7 Paladin. A versatile powerhouse, very capable with the Beserker Package and a Wraith.
Infiltrator: the classic Salarian Infiltrator. QFI came very close, but Energy Drain and Proxy Mine are just too good.
Vanguard: Drell. Those passives, that speed bonus, the grenades...

I absolutely can't narrow it down to just one for any of them with the exception of Vanguard. I like playing a variety, and I have at least two or three in each class that I really enjoy. I'll stick to a max of three for each, and less where I can.

Adept: Fury, followed closely by the other humans (dat Singularity... ) and the drell (because drell).

Soldier: Krogan and geth are pretty well tied. I love softening spawns with Inferno Nades and charging in with either a roaring Claymore or chaining Wraith headshots, followed by backhands and headbutts of violent justice. But I also really love my 'Phoon Trooper.

Engineer: MQI has a very satisfying rhythm to him, and I love how underrated he is by most players (although most of BSN is aware of his abilities). I didn't warm to him for a while, but ever since I started using him he's been in heavy rotation. I even took a break from the new toys and rocked him with an Adas a couple of times last night. Runner-up: Volus, although I still have a soft spot for the salarian and OG humans.

Sentinel: Tough one. Gonna have to go old school with the turian and krogan.

Infiltrator: I fell in love with the SI back when I needed a crutch to play Gold, and never stopped loving him. He was my only dedicated sniper with six ranks in TC for a long, long time, since that's how I first made the difficulty leap and couldn't bear to change him, although now I play him CQC with a Hurricane pretty much exclusively. Runner-up: drell, because drell. EDIbot is a blast and I'm gonna play the holy****s out of her for a few days, but she's so powerful that it'll get stale before too terribly long.

Vanguard: Drell.
