Citadel DLC: Hopefully It Will Have The Missing Guns & Mods

Since it will be the last DLC for ME3, I hope it will have the last of the MP-only weapons and weapon mods that Shepard should be able to use (not things like Biotic Hammers, alien powers, and such).

WEAPONS

M-7 Lancer (CONFIRMED)
M-11 Suppressor (CONFIRMED)
Collector Assault Rifle
Collector Sniper Rifle
Collector SMG

WEAPON MODS

Assault Rifle Thermal Scope (CONFIRMED)
Sniper Rifle High-Velocity Barrel (CONFIRMED)
Pistol Power Magnifier (CONFIRMED)
SMG Power Magnifier (CONFIRMED)
Assault Rifle Ultralight Materials (CONFIRMED)
Sniper Rifle Ultralight Materials (CONFIRMED)
Shotgun Ultralight Materials (CONFIRMED)

UPDATE: I can personally confirm that all the weapons and mods labelled CONFIRMED are in Citadel (and that all the weapons mods go to level V, no bugs here). Unfortunately, that means the three Collectors weapons are not in SP. My OCD isn't really freaking out since Citadel more than made up for that in content and interaction (leagues better than LOTSB), but your mileage may vary.

I'm crossing my fingers for the Arena to reward the player with some credits every round so I can buy the rest of the weapon upgrades in SP without doing several more playthroughs.

Ultra Light Materials for all weapons?
Wow.

So potentially a Soldier can carry all 5 weapons and still have 200% cooldown bonus?

Shepard would probably bankrupt Armax if this was true :D

I think the Citadel will follow the trend of the other two DLCs and give us two weapons: probably the Lancer and Surpressor. I don't see us getting the Collector Arsenal unless the faction is a part of the story.

If they can give us the Collector armor justifiably then they can give us their weapons to.

I really hope we get all of this stuff just for completionists sake more than anything... and because this is the last DLC and there is no reason not to.

I saw the two weapons per pack pattern too, but like Loki said, it is the last DLC... so why not go all out? Hmmm. You know, since the DLC description mentioned the "Citadel Archives" or something like that, maybe the Council/Spectres/whatever have a collection of rare/old stuff like the M-7 Lancer and Collector weapons they found. Kinda like Kasumi's loyalty mission (well actually, the Locust is common in ME3, but it wasn't THE Kassa Locust).

I'm expecting the Armax Arena to be something like Pinnacle Station from ME1 DLC. If I'm honest I'd have preferred the final DLC to have been about the Collectors not a Citadel based political plot. That way we'd definitely get the Collector weapons (plus Collector fights in ME2 were awesome and would have been fun with Javik).

If it just has the Suppressor it will be Legendary.

I don't care about infinite ammo guns, although the Lancer would at least help the AR's out a bit. Then again, I can mod single player to "fix" the weapons anyway. :)

It definitely would have been cool to fight the Collectors again (particularly considering that we didn't even get to fight the Collectors that much back in ME2.... three missions I think?) but really, it would be a stretching credibility to breaking point with that. I can accept a few collectors surviving ME2 but for them to be a principle enemy in the DLC? Not so sure.

I can't honestly bring myself to dislike the Citadel as a setting for the DLC. Aside from the mention about archives and whatnot, the Armax Arena idea is along the lines of the Holodeck thing I was suggesting a few months ago... just not on the Normandy. It'll be nice to try out different loadouts in-universe.

Horizon, Disabled Collector Cruiser, Derelict Reaper, and Suicide Mission.  Basically 3 or 4, depending on if you count Derelict Reaper or not.

This would be very cool. I'm REALLY hoping its like MP/pinnacle station and you can use old squadmates from ME1/2/3.

Collectors has been confirmed for the Armax Combat Arena via Mike Gamble's twitter! Looks like the Arena is REALLY going to be offline MP :D

Playing all the MP maps with SP squadmates will be so much fun.
Gonna give James a Shotgun with Ominblade and let him melee ALL the things.

Or will they even give us all the playable characters from MP as AI squadmates?

Playing all the MP maps with SP squadmates will be so much fun.

After the last unintentional error leading me to believe that Omega contained the Collector Assault Rifle, I'm going to be more cautious this time!

I still haven't played Omega and seeing as this is the last DLC, opportunities to use my favorite assault rifle are limited to those 2 DLCs.

And I'm not going to play to endgame, so that doesn't count.
Likewise, I'm not going to do a replay either (done it enough to be bored with it!).

I'll take the other 2 Collector Weapons if they become available, but the one I want most is the Collector Assault Rifle.

I've basically set the condition that if the Collector Assault Rifle is not provided, I'm not purchasing this DLC until it is!
There's not much point paying for a DLC I'm not going to play, is there?


And yes, I could use a steady source of more credits.

I'm hoping I kept enough in reserve to upgrade the Collector Assault Rifle when it becomes available.
If I'm lucky, there's enough to upgrade the Collector SMG as well.
But after that, I'm going to be kindof broke.

Note to self: remove all power cores and fire them into the nearest sun so nobody ends up Indoctrinated.

If you're on PC, you can easily get the CAR in SP using the Gibbed Save Editor. It works perfectly - sounds, upgrades n' all.
