The Batarian Enforcer buff seems to be directed mostly towards the Brawler. Now I think it is possible to take AoE on Biotic Charge and not need both Rank 4 and Rank 5 power passive to stagger Phantoms.

Now you can take rank 4 weapon damage in the passive instead of rank 4 power bonus, and stagger phantoms without power synergy active. I mentioned in my analysis for havoc strike that batguard was worst in that regard due to requiring both passive power evolutions... You still have to go 4a 5a, you can't go 4b 5b, but it's better than requiring both passive power evos.

Weren't the Explosive ammo and Geth Prime changes supposed to be included in the DLC itself and not in the balance changes? Can we get some details on what it included and what those changes were exactly?

I don't think that's going to come into effect until the patch arrives. Assuming there is one, I'm certain I saw a BW comment stating there would be such...Ziegrif wrote...

So yeah... umh...I was thinking that the delay was due to the fact that they wanted to see how the new inserted stuff worked and balance accordingly. but only 3 weapons, the suppressor, the Lancer and the punisher, are worthing spending credits on them and there's nothing on the rest (adas and spitfire anyone?). + nothing on the talon (a lot bug fixes + slight buff) or the warlord ( a sync-kill resistance at least on phantoms and banshees at the cost of some slight nerf to the rest? i mean, i can understand brutes-atlas-praetorian-scion sync-kill, but is ridiculus that a thing bigger than the juggernaut can be grabbed by the banshee ,when u are supposed to grab her little neck, or stabbed by the phantom at the knee and die for this).
It was better to wait some other days and working on all the fixes togheter imho.
