Nope, since there is no simple "yes nerf her please" answer, the majority of people who want her nerfed are not participating in that farce of a "poll".  All that poll and thread are is a big circlejerk for people who want their OP character to stay OP.

Remember the Krysae pre-nerf? How "OP" people claimed it to be when it really wasn't?
Remember what they did to it? How completely useless it is now? I'd rather be using the Adas Level I.
Complain about a great character/weapon when used by someone who clearly knows what they're doing while you're f***ing around on a character you suck at and this crap happens.

I hope this thread and more than half of the other AIU threads get locked. This sh** is getting obnoxious.

Now you're starting **** HERE?! Can't you come up with ANY reasons that this is OP, instead of puking  over a kit that was well thought out. I posted an alternative to the current Repair Matrix in my previous post. Can you do something besides rage at the other side?

I let my 12 year old brother play ME3 mp for the first time today. He hasn't played ME since the first title.

I gave him the AIU/Reegar and put him in a gold game. He got top score.

She trivializes the game so much that someone with zero experience can pick her up and play the hard difficulty without any trouble.

You can do the same with a number of kits.

Not even close. The GI can't do that; you get looked at wrong and you drop. Even the TGI has only 6 gel. There's not one kit as easy as the AIU, except maybe the Juggernaut, and my brother wouldn't have gotten top score so effortlessly with him.

I didn't realize your brother is the determinant of what is balanced or not. There is so much wrong with your conclusions from your observations. I've seen AIU fail completly in lobbies and the repair matrix revive you into a sync kill.

This is, of course, assuming that this story is actually true.

A robot wearing Nerf would catch fire too quickly and falling down from a ladder could be troublesome depending on how they bounce on the ground.

I dunno, maybe they should BUFF the other crap classes to be more on par. Enemies are already cheatyfaced bastards, so now its the players turn.
Yesterday I realized how enemies are extremely OP while playing with AIU (thanks to the shield regen, I could hear my shields poofing like 5 times a sec). The amount of damage Marauders, Cannibals and Dragoons do is insane. esp Drags and Rauders.

Anyways, I still scored like 3 times other players using the so called OP classes using the SI and 2x using the Drelldept (Yeah, original classes). I've seen people owning with Human Engie. When someone gets a ton of score using AIU or TGI or GI BSN's like: OH MY GAWWD OP NERF!!!!11, but its cause they're good or perfected their playstyle with that class. Not as easy as it looks.
Gotta say: L2P.
And...this is a team game. Yest I played with a Krolord who owned everywhere. He got 3x the rest of the other scores combined. At first I was like, "Man this sucks", but then i was like: "Oh yeah, easy credits and a fun Gold game, not too many of those".
You actually want to fail matches and have them last longer? Cause that's the vibe I'm getting here.
XP and Creds are equal at the end anyways.
"I'm out!"

Is there a problem with everything being equally effective? All of the classes are viable, so I don't see how nerfing to their level would reduce your fun.

Having something overpowered actually DOES ruin my fun, in two ways:

1. It diminishes my accomplishments. You can rage about how I'm an elitist all you want, but the truth is, a game should reward somebody for being good. If somebody of equal skill level can effortlessly outperform me simply because of their kit, then it unfairly robs me of the sense of achievement that humans crave by nature.

2. It removes some of the challenge from the game. And no, "don't use it" is not the answer; other people using it can do the same thing. You might be thinking that this can happen with any kit if the player is good, which is true. However, it's not as common and if you do have a player like that, then imagine what they would be like if they used the AIU. The game is even less challenging than intended by the developers. Games are played for the challenge.

TL;DR: Nerfing barely affects the fun that comes from using the kit, but not nerfing the OP kit does ruin the fun for some people.

And to people who disagree with me, I pose a challenge: Explain how balance negatively affects the fun. It doesn't change the gameplay; I would think it makes the game more fun, because it takes longer.

I sort of feel bad that other people having fun makes you cringe, it is a shame, really.
Oh by the way, some people play games for fun first, not challenge.

The AIU fails as much as the other classes if played by a novice or talentless whining fool, the matter of fact is, the game has been out so long, there simply are that many good inf. players, live with it, or go away, we surely will not miss you if you rage out of ME3 MP.

OP actually makes sense.

Rest of the thread is sadly the usual mediocre BSN material.

including you.

Considering you can easily out survive a AIU with a geth jug or a cabal vanguard, with ease.
