I've spent somewhere between 6-6.5 million credits since the DLC launched, and still no Collector. Not that I mind, too much. Only touched the Jugg and KroLord before going back to my Destroyer. The Lancer is pretty damn spiffy when used with him.

Got him three times in a row when I spent all my credits. Seems to be on par with the Volus in terms of rarity.

If you delete the other DLC and just buy Reserves you'll get him in no time. I got him with my second pack I bought yesterday

I got him after I got my Geth Juggernaught from the SP. I remember that the store is random and if you go through reserves or the PSP it will be more harder. Cheaper the better I guess, the Collector is awesome man I tear things apart on Silver and I am so proud when I kill Phantoms

Just luck I guess,my maifest is kinda crappy right now anyway. I still do not have a Vorcha,two more N7,Shaman,Brawler ect. I still dont even have the Harrier.. But when you get him,you will feel like you are a GOD

I got him in the first reserve pack I bought along with the EDIbot. The RNG must have taken pity on my sad little manifest...

As I was going for the lights, using the Reserves pack, for characters...first I got the Collector smg ll, then the Indra lV, then the Scorpion lX, then FINALLY the collector lights. So pretty darn random.

I'm not interested in appearance unlocks.

I'll most likely go on to weapons unlocking once I obtain this character.

Still need a Collector Sniper Rifle.

I got it in my first premium spectre pack after failing to get any new characters in 3 reserve packs. I was like "OMG yesssss"

First PSP I opened after the DLC launched I got two collector cards at once.

The odds of getting it are better than getting the geth juggernaut. From about 20 reserve/psps I've got 2 collectors and 0 juggernauts. The ultra rare characters seem to be much easier to get than ur weapons, same thing happened with the two ur volus cards. They were both maxed out long before I got the last of the rare characters.

16 Reserve packs-spree at DLC launch got me 3 Awakened Collector. And all the other Reckoning kits, all of them to rank 4, full. (Sexbot from Gift Pack)

I got the Space Marine Terminator with Thunderhammer Krogan Warlord in my gift pack, so I'm not too bitter.  The Juggernaut is the one I really want though.

To be more precise: It depends on what you have already unlocked.
If you have all other non-Reckoning characters maxed out, then I would assume that there is a high chance of getting this character card. Otherwise it can take a lot of packs to unlock the Collector.
