I got mine along with a volus in my second arsenal pack. That was with all other DLC's off though.

Got him on my first RP bought, so... pretty high.

Character URs =/= weapon URs.

Its all in the RNG.

I unlocked him, and the 'lights" are his eyes.

Its a cool character to play - you will love it.

Character URs seem to be much easier to get than weapons (IME). I was able to max all the appearance option using about 2-3 millions credits. Eventually went through almost 10 million and got zero harrier upgrades.

I spent 4.6 million on DLC date, got all Gold Weapons to X, All Gear Bonus to V and every single chars maxed EXCEPT the Collector. I've since dropped another 500k and still no Awakened Collector

RNG is RNG... I had 12 million saved and was able to max out his options (lucky for me cause he's my favorite adept in the category)

Made out ok on the UR weapons I guess

No idea, but I unlocked the first 3 customization... or was it 2... might have been 2 from my first pack.

I was lucky to get him in my first psp. My Krogan warlord was from the gift pack and the rest from reserve packs, including the weapons. You will have a better chance from psp. But be prepared to get trolled by the store....

I got him in my first three PSPs, so I'm assuming its not too hard...

after downloading reckoning, I promoted all 5 classes except the adept, because i wanted to keep one at level 20 if i wanted to do gold matches, and thought since the Collector adept is meant to be v rare or ultra rare, i wont get it straight away,

first reserves pack i bought = collector adept.

I bought a few more, and got the Krogan x2, infiltrator x 1, vanguard x 1, soldier x2 (I think). No sign of talon engineer yet

Odds were in my favor yesterday, I bought one PSP and got it and the Volus adapt. Two UR's in one pack.

Spent 4.6mill on release and didn't get him, my first 99000 gained after release unlocked him from a PSP.

Friend got him in his second pack bought and another in the next pack.

I got him in very first Reserves Pack I bought, few packs later maxed him out.

Not sure. Today I was able to get the last 3 upgrades for my Venom so it is now at level X and so is everything else, but my Awakened Collector still needs 2 customization cards. I've probably spent around 25 million in total since Reckoning was released.

Well OP if you are missing a bunch of characters, you are going to get them all multiple times before you get the adept. so your stable determines that quite a bit.

I got the collector in the very first renforcement pack i bought yesterday right after i downloaded retaliation.

Bioware says its black card is only a paint job, but I've still to unlock the lights option.

took me 3 days of grinding to get him...got pretty far on my adas, bpe, suppressor, and a level 2 venom shotgun before i got the collector. also had the other 5 kits maxed as well

Got him in a SP pack so must not be to hard and i got the him again in a SP pack so who knows only need the cabal geth and krogan but i love the talon merc when i run gold on ghost

I had saved up about 1.2 million credits prior to the release of retaliation... it took me three more Reserves packs after that to unlock him.

Maxed out all the rares from Reckoning, and have the Lancer III.

Still no Collector.
