 Not sure if this is the right place to post but....I'm curious to know if there's a way to spawn generic NPCs via the console.


I'm just looking to populate a few places with generic NPCs and it would be awesome if I could spawn some NPCs.
Is this possible? Does anyone know how?


If not, can this be done via the toolset? And if so, does anyone know how to do this?
I would be very grateful if this could be explained to me!
