Doesn't the 150% from cyclonic act on 4600? Or is it applied to base shields without evo upgrades?
How can you tell in game?
Cyclonics, like fitness, are applied to base shields. They're thoroughly wasted on Drell and Vorcha, who benefit more from shield cells to restore their gate faster. You'd have to ask Cyonan or Peddro or one of the other number crunchers about it for more explaination.

Four of these new kits are very powerful, they are fun to play, for me the Geth novelty wore off pretty fast.

- He's incredibly slow, which means trying to do objectives with him is painful
- He can get stun locked by Banshees and every other melee boss
- His damage output is crap
- He cannot take cover or hide behind some things for that matter
- He can go down fairly quickly if in the pressence of a Scion or ravenger.
- Clutches can lead to painstakingly long matches
+ The best tank in the game
Conclusion, you want to nerf the ONE thing he's good at because you don't feel like making credits or having fun seeing these all-mighty bosses struggle to even touch you.

The juggernaut is incredibly balanced. Sure, he can tank a metric ton of damage, but that is the only thing he can do.

Not to mention the speed issue. I dropped into a Geth Gold game with a Kroguard. Boy, that was the most boring game I've played in a long time.

What made you use the word gigantic? So much exaggeration on the internet.

1) Because they are?
2) Her mom butt is also gigantic.
3) Seriously being surprised by hyperbole on the internet?

Yes he's a tank, but has low DPS and is incredibly slow. There are tanky, faster, and much higher DPS characters.

Oh, so they are gigantic and it is in fact hyperbole. <_< Some of you guys clearly like tiny women.

Your error was using reaper enemies as your example. This character trivializes reapers. Replace that ravager with a scion and I guarentee you would've got down like tissue paper. Or even just a praetorian. Dat Stunlock.
this
first run with him was collectors gold, and i'll tell you this: if you got swarmers and can't summon the turret or put up the shield, and there are two preatorians and collector captains tanking you, you're gonna have bad time

You survived that fisiaco you mentioned in your original post seems pretty rare...not saying you didn't do it, but i think for most part...most folks play on the lesser levels in gold and silver and not everybody is going to play at the skill level you displayed above, even if they are veterans....if any kit feels ovverpowered to anybody, i say just take them to platinum...there are difficulties in Multiplayer for a reason.
Nerfing a character may sound good to you, but may end up being disasterous for somebody else.

On a serious note; yes, things can actually be modified by adjectives commonly used to describe extreme states of being without actually implicitly meaning just that. Point out to me where the word "literally" was ever used in conjunction with "gigantic".
Also if you think it's ridiculous to point out that the facsimilie-breasts on the AIU are larger than that of the average woman, then saying any women with a smaller figure than the AIU is tiny is kind of square peg in a round hole, if you get my drift.

You took this far too seriously, maybe the person I was talking to should have replied. I have an understanding that this is subjective, it wasn't meant to become a semantic debate about nothing of importance.
