• GT/PSN ID/Origin ID
• Link to N7 HQ

Note 1 that Squad Elite and Mass Effect does not reset this means there is nothing wrong with them, you dont need to PM me about them
Note 2 I will try and PM everyone with either a "fixed or please let me know when you log out"
Note 3 I do not work on weekends, so please dont expect them to be fixed then
Note 4 If it is not fixed within 2 full business days please check this thread for a status update, and if I have posted anything about being delayed then bump up your PM

None of my challenges are updating:
You need to insure that you have Retaliation DLC installed

Update: March 19th the tool now supports multiple platform, if you were unable to get the reward on another platform after you completed the challenge. Change the user ID at the top of the screen to signify which one you were supposed to get.

There is a bug yes, but it is a fairly minor one.

I just did "Operation: LODESTAR" and I never got the "1st tier – Commendation Pack." for extracting on any difficulty. I got the other two and a gift pack but some of my friends (that are in the same lobby) have gotten all three.

Okay I will not be fixing spectre mastery anymore.

There is a fix for all stuck accounts for this, that comes out on tuesday.

No you made an assumption it is tied directly to the weekend fix and to the collectors edition, it affects all editions. And it is not a bug with the weekend fix page.

The online pass error is caused by receiving entitlements, and when you receive to many of them (for some) it no longer authorizes the online pass.

It appears that not everyones account was fixed by the balance change, but should prevent issues in the future.

I don't understand something about operation Resurgence : I clicked on the fix because I was curious, and it stated that "we found the required pack granted for your account". I clicked on "grant operation resurgence pack" out of curiosity too. It "fixed" the problem, but when I watched my manifest, I realized operation resurgence was before I started to play, I think. (I can't be absolute, though)

So, is it me or did the page granted me an operation I didn't fullfilled ? If so, of course you are free to take it back. I hope it helps !

EDIT : it's almost a year, and I don't remember : was operation resurgence before or after hydra/condor maps ? If it was after, never mind.

Resurgence was Hydra/Condor and all you needed to do was open a free pack

uhaveaface and Omega_Spectre, you were both online when I tried accessing your account so I'll have to fix them at another time.

Just some notes:
-I can only fix the problem, I'm not sure of the cause of these issues nor am I able to investigate the cause
-I'm also only fixing people that are posting links to their profile like I asked, if I missed you that is likely why
-I can't reset accounts at this time

Ok, everyone should be fixed.

scotchegg428 from what I can see you've only done Geth Mastery once with the second almost completed. Sometimes when completing an individual challenge it will increment one of them past the threshold required to complete the group.
