Tweet 2: I think when support redeemed my pass they set me to a standard pass and not the N7 Collector's Edition.

I tried again this morning with chat, got tired of that after two hours. Saw the phone option had a quick turn (5 min), so went to that (US & Canada only, sorry), after 105 minutes, was going to give up and go back to chat. Then the phone rang, as you said, in less than 10 minutes the problem was fixed.Serenity87HUN wrote...

My first "online pass" issue and have not had to use the "fix challenge" button in several weeks.
Used the link BroJo provided, ah yes, 45 minute wait for online chat.
Then, 45 minutes later, still waiting. I'm going to bed, address this mess tomorrow.
In reading news about EA, Sim City is having major problems and I think both chat and phone support are bogged down with that mess, which makes someone trying to get through for another (old, soon to be abandoned) game a lower priority.
On the bright side, EA servers have totally failed Sim City, a SINGLE PLAYER game, so it's not like EA is singling out ME3 MP, bad EA servers/origin are simply bad.
Edit add: Just to be clear, the EA tech support person was very helpful and fixed my issue very quickly, once we were connected. It was hassle free and about as pleasant an experience as possible. I have no gripes about that.

I completed a platinum mission, before which i had 98000 credits or so. after the total said 200000 credits or so, but when i went into the store to buy packs, the total changed to my origial total of 98000. this is the first time i have had this problem and i am unsure what to do
I've been "lucky" so far, credits have gone missing when I got back to the lobby. I've lost credits, by not noticing until too late (store visit or another match) or out of ignorance when I didn't know how to get them back (exit ME3 and go back in).
Having them in the lobby or back on your MP home page, but losing them once you go to the store, that really stinks. Sorry.

You should delete your earlier tweets that weren't answered. They tend not to reply if you send too many. Delete those and then try again. Stay online (on Twitter) and they should answer within a half hour. (During the service hours). If they don't, wait a bit and rinse and repeat. Eventually they do answer; sometimes you are just unlucky.

There is a fix for all stuck accounts for this, that comes out on tuesday.

how so? I was fine, ran the automated patch for the lodestar
tried to play again.. and I instantly got the "redeem online pass" bug.. I cannot play MP
