I've this problem too:

1. I've purchased and installed the Citadel
2. Played MP and the Citadel until yesterday evening with no-problem
3. Finished the normal challenge and 75% of the insanity one
4. Opened the Commendation pack and 2-3 other packs, unlocked a new weapon
5. When I came back today to try to finish the Insanity challenge, I couldn't access the MP because of the Online pass bug ...grrrrrrrrr...

A friend of mine got the problem immediately after installing Reckoning and spending 2500000 credits in the store

Today the Bioware help chat is completely overwhelmed, telephone support in my country works only from Monday to Friday :-((
Maybe Bioware can extend a little bit the challenge time, would be so great pleeeeease...

Like already said my bonus materials can not be authorized and Live Chat is only a white page.

I've PM'd and contacted EA with no results, maybe someone will notice in this thread. I checked the weekend challenge link, but it shows I got my pack. This is technically correct, I got the pack, I just didn't get to keep the promotional weapon upgrade from it.

I just finished Operation Geronimo and received my commendation pack. I got the Valkerie rifle, but showed that the pack raised it to level 3. It should have only raised it to level 2.

I go to check my weapons, and my Valkerie is still level 1. The pack didn't count, but its gone from my store.

Figures, since the Valkerie is the one I was hoping for.

I was playng less than 24 hours ago and now cannot play because apparently I have no online pass. The links in the OP give no answers, the FAQs give no mention of ME3 and online passes and it seems impossible to contact a human being on the EA help site.

What do people do to fix this?

Don't care if its one year or not. The thing is it should not restrict your access to the game after you claimed it already and then request you to claim it again PERIOD! Whoever caused this bug should be fired!


It's like buying a car only to find it has an engine that catches on fire on all models of that car! The engineer wouldn't last long in their job. I would expect the same of anyone producing a computer game that doesnt allow you to play through no fault of the customer!

It's a good thing I get my challenges done early because it doesn't look like I'll be able to get on until after the challenge ends. Otherwise I'd be down at EA's offices giving them a peice of my mnd! And if they thought the hulk gets mad, they obviously haven't seen me angry!

The most annoying part with Live Chat is that there isn't even a "countdown" for when someone is available.
Just a white screen.

I wouldnt even bother I had issues with this fracking game since day 1, I am sick to death of no technical support whatsoever from either EA/Bioware/Twitter, I have had it with them.  I have asked till im blue in the face, EA haven't a clue on their games at all, I have had a major phone bill from premium lines, I have had my game screwed up by the so called techs at EA.  I have emailed Bioware no response, I have Twittered no response, I have posted here, no response.

In all I have lost all faith in the game at all, when they cannot take the time to sort their own game out, it is time to wrap up.  I know I have said it before,  This is the last game I will be getting, if all this trouble over ME3, just think of all the trouble we will get with ME4.

Enough said.

It's exactly the problem I have !
And through this all my N7 Collector's Edition Bonus materials are gone !
Valient, Crusader, Eagle, Hurricane.
The robo-dog, my hoodie and the alternative outfits for the Squadmates.

And for 14 hours Live Chat has not even a "countdown" for someone there for you.

I JUST logged on to ask the same thing. I haven't been on BSN since...I guess 4 months ago according to my status.

But I beat those god damn platinum games -- for one dip sh*t pack? God I hated platinum..and this game in general is starting to bug the living sh*t out of me. So many problems with glitches/mechanics...they're really starting to ****** me off.

Did you try to restart your browser?
I had this problem with the Live Chat yesterday, then after a restart of my browser and more then 2 hours of waiting I finally around midnight got the connection with one advisor who solved my problem.

However, Bioware: could you guys please extend a little bit the deadline for the challenge? Yesterday a lot of us couldn't play because of this bug...

EDIT: Nope, still white quadrat.

EDIT 2: After selecting ONLY Mass Effect 3 instead of Mass Effect 3 N7 Collector's Edition, I got a waiting time !

EDIT 3: They couldn't help me. I shall call the hotline for my country...
