cannot help you. Live chat will only help with the redeem bug. (And be sure to tell them repeatedly that it is the N7 Collector's Edition or they will screw it up)
With the authorization bug you should still be able to log into multiplayer.
If you have the above message, contact phone support and tell them you need an N7 Collector's Edition Online pass. (As one way this happens is being given the wrong pass by Live Chat for the redeem bug.)
You can also use @AskEASupport Twitter and ask that you are given an N7 Collector's Edition online pass.
Be sure to write the correct issue you are having. The photo's authorization problem is not exactly the same as the redeem bug. Unfortunately, it is the weekend so getting support is a pain.
For Twitter and phone support you will have to wait until Monday, be sure to be at your computer and ready to login to Origin to check if the problem is fixed.

Explanation of the bugs from experience: Sometimes you will log in and it will say "Redeem online pass" and you will be unable to log into multiplayer, this issue can be fixed by Live Chat but if they give you the wrong pass you will get this additional bug shown in the photo above. (This is what happened to me)
The other way to get the authorization bug from the photo is to have bought Citadel and having too many entitlements. (As Bryan says) Live Chat
cannot fix the authorization bug. They will tell you to call in because the redeem bug is the only thing they have instructions for. (I already had this bug by the time Citadel was installed so it just deauthorized From Ashes as well.)
Now, I have personally experienced both of these and I have gone through all levels of chat support; Live chat, Phone support, e-mail, escalated specialist phone support, and Twitter. Your best bet is to be patient and use Twitter. You need to be logged into Twitter while you wait. Sometimes you're unlucky and they miss your message, they usually answer within a half hour of your message and then you can reply to them with more details (if they need) or to tell them the issue is fixed or not. Twitter literally fixed my issue within five minutes.
Do not spam them. If it has been an hour, delete your previous tweet and try again. (During their hours)
Be sure to mention that you need an N7 Collector's Edition Online Pass.

If you use phone support (which is much longer), my advice is to turn the phone to speaker and put it down on the desk next to you so you don't have to hold it for two hours.

It is frustrating but once you get through to the phone and especially Twitter, it will be fixed almost instantly.
Again, do not use Live Chat unless you have the redeem bug and not the one in the photo or they will do more harm than good.
