I had this problem with the Live Chat yesterday, then after a restart of my browser and more then 2 hours of waiting I finally around midnight got the connection with one advisor who solved my problem.

EDIT: Nope, still white quadrat.

EDIT 2: After selecting ONLY Mass Effect 3 instead of Mass Effect 3 N7 Collector's Edition, I got a waiting time !

EDIT 3: They couldn't help me. I shall call the hotline for my country...

Wait, you only get white page if you select collector's edition? It was working for me last week when I had the same problem, they were able to fix it then but now I'm stuck again.

EDIT: Yep, just tried, the chat isn't working for collector's edition <_<

EA live chat fixed the online pass issue after downloading Citadel DLC.

Then from ashes is unauthorised.

EA gave me a new code to redeem.

Now my ME3 N7 Edition is completely unauthorised.

They fix one thing and cause another problem......

Sounds about right, In the end my problem they said I would have to open a new acoount and start from scratch, lose all my manifest and what I have achieved so far, as if I would do that, it really annoys me you do not get any help at all from anywhere in the EA/Bioware/Twitter world, I have tried and have I got anything back NOPE.

In the end I will say something and no doubt get banned, I feel like saying as it is, but Im sort of keeping my cool.

If you have the above problem, Live Chat cannot help you. Live chat will only help with the redeem bug. (And be sure to tell them repeatedly that it is the N7 Collector's Edition or they will screw it up)

Explanation of the bugs from experience:  Sometimes you will log in and it will say "Redeem online pass" and you will be unable to log into multiplayer, this issue can be fixed by Live Chat but if they give you the wrong pass you will get this additional bug shown in the photo above. (This is what happened to me)

The other way to get the authorization bug from the photo is to have bought Citadel and having too many entitlements. (As Bryan says) Live Chat cannot fix the authorization bug. They will tell you to call in because the redeem bug is the only thing they have instructions for. (I already had this bug by the time Citadel was installed so it just deauthorized From Ashes as well.)

Now, I have personally experienced both of these and I have gone through all levels of chat support; Live chat, Phone support, e-mail, escalated specialist phone support, and Twitter. Your best bet is to be patient and use Twitter. You need to be logged into Twitter while you wait. Sometimes you're unlucky and they miss your message, they usually answer within a half hour of your message and then you can reply to them with more details (if they need) or to tell them the issue is fixed or not.  Twitter literally fixed my issue within five minutes.
Do not spam them. If it has been an hour, delete your previous tweet and try again. (During their hours)

Be sure to mention that you need an N7 Collector's Edition Online Pass.

Sample Twitter: OriginIDHere, PC, can't authorize Online Pass entitlement. N7 Collector's Edition Online Pass needs to be reset.

I've got the same situation yesterday: "Redeem Online Pass" bug that corrected thru the live chat unlocked  the "From Ashes" related bug. They fixed both in the same live chat session. A friend of mine got the  "Redeem Online Pass" bug after the Reckoning DLC  a week ago and had  the "From Ashes" related bug fixed only later (yesterday). Maybe I just was lucky  or maybe now they are able to fix both at the same time.

Bryan Johnson should definately update the opening post. Twitter guys are the only people who know how to fix the "CE Online Pass entitlement" problem. EA Live chat guys are totally useless.

Live Chat can fix redeem online pass. They cannot fix it when it says "Unable to authorize online entitlement" Because their only instructions are for the redeem online pass portion.(Unless you are very lucky and they understand to give you the proper Online pass) From Ashes can be fixed if you are lucky and the support person actual read what you said. In my experience with EA Live Chat that is about 80/20 they will not.

Redeem online pass is not the same as "Unable to authorize Collector's Edition Online Entitlement"

It is sad, but Twitter seems to give the most consistent and speedy results.

Sorry, but I can't check on twitter on work, because such websites are blocked.
Btw, why should I do so much work when THEY screwed up ?

Depending on your phone, you can use Twitter during your lunch break. If that doesn't work ( or you can't) you can try sending a message just as you get home (if within their hours) or just before you leave; which will be close enough to their hours.

And the why is simple: you want it fixed. Is it a pain? Yeah; But you want your game fixed.

Twitter hours Monday To Friday:
7AM - 4PM PST
8AM - 5PM MST
9AM - 6PM CST
10AM - 7PM EST
3PM - 12AM GMT

Load of bull, I had 3 codes eventually they gave me the collectors one and still the same thing, twitter is a joke, ea/bioware never even assisted nor helped, I would like a derv or someone from Bioware to look into this once and for all.

I'm assuming those five days do not include this weekend as they do not do weekends for Twitter. Are you contacting them during their hours of operation? 

The first time I tried, they didn't reply and yet replied to someone else with the exact issue. I deleted my tweet and tried a little later and got through. Sometimes it is just luck of the draw.  With all the problems they are having with the Sims they are getting spammed a bit.

I did the weekened challenge Operation Lodestar (Insanity) i passed it, but in the PAST WEEKEND CHALLENGES box in N7 HQ says i didnt. I only got rewarded for the normal challenge that you get for passing it on silver. Is it because i went and played it on platinum right away and not in silver.

I have a problem with online pass (PC) but I can't contact with EA support since yesterday because I can't login http://help.ea.com/contact-us : "Sorry, this service is temporarily unavailable." Is this a common issue or just me?

So, this evening, I teamed up with friends who had never played Platinum difficulty before... and they did alright for their first time. In fact, we averaged 35-40 minutes and were successful first try on Cerberus, Reapers, took two tries on Geth.

Then, we got to Wave 9 first try on Collectors. Second try? We got to Wave 11, and awesome enough, Waves 9 and 10 went very smoothly.

Y'know what happened Wave 11? The timer counted down to 0:00 and stayed there for a good 5 minutes until we were all disconnected but one friend who, after trying to invite us, survived extraction only for it to say MISSION FAILED.

That being said, where the game itself screwed us all over, and this was the final Platinum extraction needed for Lodestar for me and a friend (EvaTType01) is there any way we can get awarded a Commendation Pack or, at the very least, get a completion for this challenge?

I honestly felt we completed the challenge, and then some, as we survived a 5-8 minute extraction, to boot, lol.

EDIT: Just completed Firebase Giant/Collectors/Platinum for a second time tonight... got to Wave 11 with no extraction timer. BioWare, feel free to credit my Operation Lodestar (Insanity) for Collectors as [100%] and I could care less about the Commendation Pack. My PSN is DrkrZen so feel free to PM me here or there to let me know when I should expect to be credit. I thank you.

Seems I now have the "redeem/purchase online pass" BS for the first time ever, coincidentally after redeeming the platinum challenge pack. New glitch, weekend problem, or what?? :(

I won't even need to think about it, I will not touch another EA product ever! Activision is already on my "S" list, EA finally joined them, and I'd been buying their games since Wing Commander 3. Bioware games since Baulder's gate 2. They made a whole bunch of money from me, but no more. Neither will I recommend any games from them to anyone I know. Frankly already warned off a few of my friends off buying sim city because of the issue with online pass, otherwise they would have sold at least five more copies of sim city. And that is the result of one very annoyed customer. You multiply that by how many of you there are, and you'll quickly see that's a very big dent in potential profits they lost

I don't care how good dragon age 3 might be or mass effect 4 may be, I will not be buying them, and again I will be warning my gaming friends not to either. Who do you think my friends are going to trust, me or some faceless company?

It's pretty obvious EA doesn't think quality products and customer service matter. So the only way I'm gonna hurt them is their pockets
