I was viewing the time remaining on my ipad for operation Lodestar and it said there was 11 hours remaining to complete. Then I played 2 of the 3 remaining platinum games, went to bed and the time remaining had dropped an hour, leaving me half an hour to complete.

I completed the platinum Cerberus at 12:03 MST due to waiting for a lobby for forever. Now my son won't get the packs. Is there anything that can be done on this? His GT is Burnett Shared.

Had the Online Pass error, contacted them via twitter and it was fixed in literally 2 minutes. Beat the 40 minutes I spent on hold on the phone earlier today.

I told them my Origin ID, my version of the game (N7 Collectors edition, if you have the standard edition or digital deluxe or whatever version be sure to specify) and that I was getting the online pass authorization error and that it needed to be resolved.

Well, amazingly, got a reply "Roger Commander, you should be able to pass through the Mass-multiplayer relay now. Good hunting ^EC" within 5 minutes. Seems a canned automated fix.  Well I hope it's true. :>

also collector's edition.. got all DLCS as well (the content ones and the free multiplayer ones, aka from ashes, citadel, omega, leviathan)

This is horrible. I get the Online pass thing after I have finished the Lodestar on Insanity. The live chat doesn't work, waited for nearly one hour and never got through. Just wrote them an email, so I wonder how many days will it take to resolve.

what the hell..
why they ignored my other twitter? witchcraft? curse? I dunno, but my account seems active again.

still didn't get my last pack after the fix..

Whatever. At this point I'm done with the damn game. It's pissing me off the more I play it. Use to be a fan. Now I'm just lucky to play one game without swearing because of a glitch or mechanics issues.

Edit: Also, how do I delete this account? I've tried several times but it says unable to delete account at this time. Well, when is a good time to delete it?

Anything special about the composition of the message other that starting with "@AskEASupport" and stating your platform, game version, and origin ID?

EDIT: Damn, that was fast!  Now I just have to wait to get home to see if this worked.  *shakes fist at job that provides the money I use to do pretty much everything I do -- then goes to corner to have existantial meltdown*

EDIT 2:  Color me surprised, but it worked.  I no longer have the issue with From Ashes and can once again play my SP campaign.

Nope, four days I've had this issue with the online, response in 24 hours they've said, Last I checked 4 days is 96 hours! There's probably people with this problem a lot longer than me And no I've not heard from them aside their automated response!

Same here. Raised a ticket late on Wednesday after Lodestar. Just got back from a weekend away and expected it to be fixed by now. If it doesn't get resolved in a couple of days, I'll probably try the twitter route.

I'm guessing most of their people are swamped with Sim City issues. Hope they manage these issues a bit better going forward.

brought specter pack, got 250k for human engineer, and 65k for salarian engineer. and all see 65k on engineer class. Where my 250k from human go?

My tweet doesn't even display on the EA support account. I have created a twitter account specifically and only to solve this. I wrote email to my local support (not US), did not even get any reaction to that. People tweet, get help and are happy. My tweet doesn't even show on the page and I haven't had an access to my game since Sunday.

Disappointment to say the least.

Haha, solved, just as I finished moaning about it. I guess if I relied on the ticket, I'd be waiting forever. My thanks go to fellow posters who came with the twitter advice.
