I never recieved my 2nd commendation pack for completing Operation Loadstar, I wasn't going to bother asking for it fixed since I don't like the commendation pack weapons and didn't want to waste anyone's time, but with them added to the UR pool I've had a change of heart and would appreciate having it fixed. Thanks in advance for your time.

EDIT: Right so I actually read the OP now (skippingit at first like a ******), I hope that link fixes it.

Same here, it got fixed by Ernst when I completed it by the fourth time but it's been stuck again for a week since I completed it by the fifth time ..still waiting for a fix

It appears that not everyones account was fixed by the balance change, but should prevent issues in the future.

I have online pass issues too. The german EA-support doesn't answer my mails and the hotline leaves me waiting 30min without answering my call. Even the live-chat isn't able to help me and tells me too call the american/canadian hotline ... well is there any other way to get back in multiplayer?
I'm locked down from multiplayer for 4 days now, that sucks!

Fianlly, after spending well over 70 minutes with origin live chat, EA eventually gave me a new Collector's edition key.

Now everything works, but the grind to get this far was just......silly.

I completed Operation Lodestar on Normal & Insanity at the same time yet received only one commendation pack.  Also, now my N7HQ shows Lodestar (Insanity) as greyed-out under Past Weekend Challenges, although if you scroll up under the Challenges tab it's clear that I completed the task.social.bioware.com/n7hq/home/challenges/

This twitter help is amazing. Had problems with my N7 Online pass for about two weeks, neither live chat nor the local phone support could help; a simple tweet fixed my issues in minutes.

 Hi There!

I have an issue with commendation packs getting stuck and not going away on the store page there are about 12 of them taking the place of the normal store packs and even when I click on them to redeem them they still do not go away they just turn the weapons I already have to level 1 again. It happened after I completed the lodestar Challenge. I logged off and on and waited to see if they would go with an update or a new weekend mission and they have not instead the new weekend mission appears to add itself to the list and again turn the weapons to level one :S
The normal packs are right at the bottom of the list so I am sticking to those however they do not seem to be giving all the weapons/characters out evenly only certain ones I do not know whether that is part of the glitch though?

I did the Lodestar Insanity (thanks to the people from PS3 Alliance, thanks!) and even got the commendation Pack for it, but on my profile it says that I have only completed 3 out of 4 objectives. Bwuh?

Is it possible to fix this?

In regards to the online pass issue: I'm on PS3 and every once in a while I get this issue. All I do is I just reboot my game and then the problem goes away. So for those of you having this issue just try rebooting the game every time you run into this problem. That usually sorts it out for me.

Doesn't work on PC. Remains broken, only way to fix is contact support.
