Are stuck challenges still being fixed? My spectre mastery and geth mastery are still stuck after that last patch. I also sent 2 private messages to Bryan in the past 2 weeks and no reply yet.

I have completed Lodestar (normal) but it wont show up,the site also says "We could not find any problems with your weekend challenge rewards"
Only 1 task counts as completed but i did all 4,will this thing be fixed automatically or do i have to PM Bryan?

I just bought a Premium Spectre Pack with MSP, and while the store accepted my points (they're gone), I didn't get a pack.

Didn't get a chance to post this yesterday but I had something very strange happen on the night of Tuesday April 16th. At the end of playing I purchased a bunch of regular spectre packs, of which I netted 4 UR weapon upgrades ( lancer III, csmg II, javelin II, and a black window VII). Of course I was very happy with RNG gods, and proceed to log off after exiting the store (note that I had spent all of my credits, maybe had around 2000 left). Checked my n7hq the next day and noticed that none of the upgrades were there. Thought it might just not have updated on the site, so I waited until I could log on last night to check in game and noticed that I had about 200,000 credits. Checked my guns and the upgrades I had received did not take. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Also BroJo is there any way to track the data to verify what purchases have been made in store, and is there any way to fix? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

*edit* Forgot to mention that just before my purchases, when i went into the store it loaded for longer than normal, then gave me a message that basically told me that store was unavailable, and to try again. If the problem persisted then to contact EA/Bioware (can't remember the exact wording). I backed out of store and then tried going into the store again and it loaded normally. Proceeded to make said purchases and recieve aforementioned UR cards. Backed out of store into mp main menu, then shut down my ps3. Hope this gives more insight to the problem/glitch.

Sent a PM 2 weeks ago about a stuck Cerberus Challenge. Bumped it several times. Still no fix.
Also contacted EA support. After 10 days, case got escalated to specialists and guess what...They could not help either.

PM stands for 'personal message' so if you sent it to Bryan I'd say you did the right thing. I sent one on monday about my stuck cerberus mastery and nothing's happened, yet. I guess Bryan is busy...

cerberus mastry is the one which stuck in my case too. I read in a post that these guys runing a algorithum to identify those glitchs nd stuck chellanges. can any one have idea what is the time when they running this and what to during that time i mean we need to login in that perticuler time or not???

My Operation Lodestar badge is not highlighted and I know for a fact I played all the platinum matches that weekend as required, because that was pretty much all I played that weekend. In fact, I probably played two sets of platinum that weekend against every faction.

that was not about playing that's about successful mission. Have you successfully extracted against all the faction once???

Yes. I only played all factions on platinum that weekend. The friends I played with have it. Also, I in fact have the challenge tag box highlighted on my profile, but strangely enough, the badge in the badges list that appears at the bottom of the profiles is not highlighted. Actually, one of my friends has the same bizarre issue, but the others it looks fine on.

Ok fixed and thank you for the help, but what is wrong with resurgence mastery?
A couple days ago it said I had 8/10 Batarian sentinel extractions, but I have played 2 games since with success and extraction. Why no update? It did not update solo challenge either because it was 13% before my successful solo game, and it still is. I have now played 5 successful games since it said 8/10 completed yet it now only says 9/10. How many successful extractions do you have to get to complete 2 extractions?
Okay weird, the website said I'm still 9/10 but ps3 psn says 10/10of course after 5 games to get credit for 2. Before psn said 8/10 and threw bait said 9//10 after the 4th game after 2
