A couple days ago it said I had 8/10 Batarian sentinel extractions, but I have played 2 games since with success and extraction. Why no update?  It did not update solo challenge either because it was 13% before my successful solo game, and it still is.  I have now played 5 successful games since it said 8/10 completed yet it now only says 9/10.  How many successful extractions do you have to get to complete 2 extractions?

Okay weird, the website said I'm still 9/10 but ps3 psn says 10/10of course after 5 games to get credit for 2.  Before psn said 8/10 and threw bait said 9//10 after the 4th game after 2

that's similer to my problem. N7HQ and in game my cerberus mastry shows 20/21 even i have completed all 21 challanges and banner is highlighted but its not counted in mass effect challenges and banner is not avalible in my set your active challenge banner. i have sent a PM to bryan but nothing happened. it got stuck. similer to your problem my 3 solo bronze nd 2 solo silver is not counted by game database.
even i have problms in my biotic mastry too..

My Reaper Mastery challenge is stuck, says 17/18 & 100%. Brute Points 1 says it's been completed 5x, while all challenges within it say they've been completed 3x. I messaged BroJo on Saturday, expecting to get something by today.

How long does something like this generally take?

Yeah, I'd like to know that too. It's been more than 2 full business days since I sent Bryan this message:

"My "In Game Medals Earned" challenge is stuck at 5000/5000 and times completed 1, and it should be 0/5000 and times completed 2. Also, I'd like the 100 challenge points for it.

Also, my "Spectre Mastery" challenge is stuck at 2/3 and times completed 1, and it should be 0/0 and time completed 2. Also, I'd like the 500 challenge points for it.

A total of 600 challenge points missing.

Would it be possible to unstick these challenges and award me the missing points?"

For the past week I've been having credits disappear after a game or even right in the store. Before I check the store: 120k. "Searching for outstanding purchases..." Suddenly I'm at 40k. What the hell? It's happened so often right after a Gold game now I don't even know if I'm going to bother anymore.

I have a question about challenges. When you complete a category multiple times, will that count toward your Best of the Best banner?

No. You must complete every one of the 25 challenges (excluding the Reckoning Mastery challenge, which was a 26th challenge added later) at least once to earn Best of the Best.

Thanks. Also, kinda off topic but I got the Lancer today and was wonder why the camera angle pans down when I tried it on the Drell infiltrator.

Its a bug that bioware never fixed.... Basically any  weapon that regenerates ammo (lancer CSMG, PPR et-al) will cause camera to pan down on drells....

Sent a couple PMs about this issue over the past few months and never received a reply - maybe someone here has had a similar issue and knows a fix? I've completed Best of the Best, but the banner remains locked and "Mass Effect" is stuck at 24/25. N7HQ is here: http://social.biowar...TVS&platform=pc . Any thoughts? Kind of a depressing way to finish up the challenges, haha.

Unfortunately the lack of anything happening suggests that anything currently stuck will remain stuck.

Support has not completely vanished. My online account on the ME3 server was corrupted in a way that caused ME3 to crash (on PC) right after the 2nd DLC check. This was fixed in the last week. Yay!

Took a couple weeks after a couple online EA chats, then a couple phone calls (and very long waits on the phone and on the chats BTW). Finally elevated to tier 3 (or so) and was fixed 2 weeks later. Also the last guy on the phone was nice enough to give me Bioware points for a free citadel DLC.

So overall I am pretty satisfied with the service for this crash problem. However, the terrible EA chat service that kicked off the process at the start though could really disharten those without a lot of fortitude. I am sure I lost the connection to a chat session at least once.

My spectre challenge is STILL stuck though. :/

I have just completed all 25 of the Mass Effect 3 multiplayer challenges and it says so in the challenges section of the multiplayer screen, but I have no access to the Best of the Best banner and under Mass Effect challenge section it says that I have only 24/25 done, which is wrong.  I have put in almost 550 hours into the multiplayer and I now get this bs not allowing me what I have shot for.  I need to know what I need to do to get this fixed.  I have done all the work and I want the reward please.

Reckoning Mastery does not count towards the Mass Effect challenge.
