[Hephaestus II]

Hi, Jessie thanks for fixing my cerb reaper collector and map mastery. I just noticed that my "N7 Mastery" is bugged as well. I've completed 5/6 under that achievement but only 4/6 are registered as shown underneath the banner. Could you fix it plz? Many thanks

Unfortunately, my N7 Mastery challenge is still stuck. It still keeps resetting itself each time I complete 6 promotions, such that it never progresses past the first tier of the challenge.

WTFingF?  I was in the middle of a match when I "lost my connection to the servers."  When I tried to reconnect I got the screen saying that they were unavailable and when I exited that my ME3 main menu screen wasn't responsive, so I quit the game back to the console homescreen and when I tried to re-start the game it said I had to enter my online pass key.

I re-used the same one that originally authorized me last year, and now I'm back in to the MP menu, but when I came to the forum to check this thread and followed the enclosed link to the help page about online passes, that went to an error page.  What's going on?

(edit)  AAAND I just got disconnected again.  That's two matches in a row where I haven't gotten past wave 7 before something EA-side f***s up.  Are we preparing to decommission the servers or something?  Reset 'em every 10 or 15 mins just to get the player base to rage-quit, or what?

I´m not sure if this goes here, but it´s my last chance to try solving it.

I bought the game around 1 month ago, installed it and all that things.
The problem is, I can never connect to the multiplayer servers, and so time has passed and I´m still unable to play MP. I even tried re-installing it several times, but it seems imposible to me, as no matter what I do, I won´t connect to the servers.

Please, I beg for help with this problem, because the only real reason I bought the game was because I heard the "true" endings are unlocked way easier playing MP.

Why don't some of the challenges give my points and reset? I have compleated the Collector Mastery, it reads 100% the Reaper Mastery also 100%. In the challenge subsections it shows Husk compleated 2x and 3x.Same issue on the Collector Mastery. Iknow I have finnished these a least 2x for each.On the N7 challenge I have all the characters they have all been promoted 10 times but I'm stuck on 99%(I know you only get this challenge once,but I have not gotten it yet.} it reads 57 promotions out of 60.I play on xbox 360 and have checked with Origin Support ar Ea.they told me to contact you for help with this.Please let me know how to resolve these issues!

N7 Mastery can be done more than once. Does it not go up if you promote another character?

As for the rest they sound like the same sort of problems that are getting fixed, post the link to your profile to get it looked at.

These problems:
Challenges > Weapons> Combat Mastery (marked as completed)
But - Current progress: 11/12, although all 12 challenges completed at least once.

Probably because of the "Combat Mastery" is not marked as completed in "Mass Effect":
Challenges > General> Mass Effect> Combat Mastery (marked as uncompleted)

I hope it can be fixed, for more than two months, the statistics on this Challenge does not change (.

One more thing,  in the game client in ME3 multiplayer I stated the following:
Adept - 8 Promotions awarded;
Soldier - 8;
Engineer - 8;
Sentinel - 8;
Infiltrator - 13;
Vanguard - 8.

Total - 52.

But - Challenges > General> N7 Mastery only 27 promote Characters (Current progress: 27/60)
Why the discrepancy?(

And the last,
in the game client "Squad Elite" (Current progress: 8/8, marked as uncompleted) with 137% and percentages have not changed for more than two months.
Although N7HQ noted all right.

The squad Elite challenge does not reset... Nothing wrong with your being at 100%...
