The forum's private message policy changed months after Bryan Johnson posted this thread. You have to send a friend request to the person first, then they have to accept the friend request, before you can send a message to them.

Yes, that is just as stupid as it sounds.

But at any rate, you don't want to reach out to Bryan Johnson - he was moved over to the Dragon Age III: Inquisition team, so he's not working support for ME3 MP anymore. Just post in this thread and Jesse Reid will fix it when he's back from vacation in a week or so (see post above yours).

I believe they just need your platform (i.e. if you are on PC, XBox, or PS3), which challenge or challenges are stuck, and your screen name for that platform (Origin ID, gamer tag, or PSN ID).

EDIT: To add, looks like they also want a link to your N7 HQ profile. You can access that by clicking on the "prepare for the Retaliation at the N7 HQ" block that's on the left-hand side of your screen when you're on this forum. Then, you can just copy-n-paste the URL from there.

Hi,

My "Geth Mastery" has stuck. 17/18 in the description of the banner when im already at 100% complete on that banner.

"Combat Mastery" is stuck at 17/18.

"Map Mastery" is stuck as well. I have completed that mastery once but all the bronze silver and gold map didn't roll over.

And as a result of the above 3, the "Mass Effect" challenge is stuck showing only 23/25 when I'm at 25/25 because I have already completely ALL the challenges.

Please fix the 4 stuck challenges above. Thanks very much in advance

BTW... I love this game...!!

This is an edit about 15 hours after my first posting. I re-downloaded a DLC. I believe it was Reckoning. Now my waves appear for Giant Gold. My question now is, are my previous waves gone? There should have been about 20 to 30 Platinum waves and likely a few more Gold. At this point I'm not sure if other maps were or are affected.

Ok, played Giant Gold tonight. Did not update Map Mastery again. Please Help.!  7/31/13 at 11:36pm EST

After I completed my last match, I noticed my Brute Points 2 was at 100%, even though I only accumulated 157,988/300,000 points for it.
My N7 HQ will show that my Brute Points 2 isn't unlocked, but if I check it in GAME it says it's at 100%. Help!
