Hello Jessie, I need your help. I have a problem regarding the online pass. I recently acquired a 2nd hand copy of me3 on ps3. I downloaded the free online pass from the psn store and when I try to log on to the ea servers in game it doesn't detect that I have already downloaded and activated the online pass. I have tried to contact ea live chat but I can't even enter the live chat page.

not sure if this is the right place to raise this... but i've done a couple of bronze solo's but when i just looked in my hq screen they don't show as complete? do i have to do anything special to get the game to recognise i'm solo'ing?
*edit* ah its worse than that it only shows a small amout of runs and only 8 hours worth of multiplayer time... been at if fairly consistently the last few weeks... not sure whats wrong

Anyone else notice that the galaxy at war on the N7HQ isn't working? My readiness is stuck and when ever I try to collect one of the missions it says the servers are unavailable. Using Firebug, I can see the request returning a 400 bad request error.

Recently I receive the "No connection to the EA Origin. The Mass Effect 3 game will be closed" message on the game starting screen (starting the game from INSIDE the Origin client!). WTF? And how should I address it?
