Problem with Redeem a Code and Download

I recently purchased the Dark Horse Normandy SR-1 Silver Ship Replica, Normandy SR-1 Ship Replica and the Sovereign Reaper Replica. All 3 products came with a standard 20-digit code. Following the directions (as I have with other collectables) I redeemed the codes on the social.bioware.com/redeem page. Everything looked okay, they all show up in my registered game content page -- but I'm confused as nothing else happened. Normally a commendation pack appears in multiplayer for each item that is registered. I thought maybe I needed to wait for an update, but it's been about a week and nothing has changed. I sent the question to answerHQ at EA and they are stumped. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I want thank you too Jesse. But i have one last question. If u look in to my N7 HQ profile u will see i have only one locked Weekend Challenge. I mean Operation Shieldwall. I know it was very long time ago , but i have to ask. I accomplishment all weekend operations, but this one is still grey. I'm prety sure i did that achievement. Could u check it or fix this if any is wrong ? .

I wan't cheat or something , but like i said it is my last ''grey'' operation. So i have to ask u abaut this.

I finally found my way to the right spot. My Geth Mastery challenge is stuck as described by others. My Geth Prime 2 shows 5 repetitions, when everything else is at 4.

Hakon, those older challenges would set an entitlement to your account if you completed it and your account doesn't have that.

Not sure if this thread is where I should address my problem, but here goes. I've been having issues with logging into the Multiplayer of ME3. It keeps saying Redeem/Purchase Online Pass. I recently bought the Citadel, Leviathan, Omega, Firefight, Groundside DLCs. The issue with the Online Pass started after I had begun downloading the DLCs. Could the problem have been caused because the downloads were incomplete when I tried playing the game? Or could there be another reason? I've uninstalled the game and redownloaded the entire game but the issue still persists. FYI, I still haven't finished downloading the remaining SP/MP DLCs from the 2nd re-installation. Is there anyway anyone could help me? I did try the Online Pass link on the OP, but it didn't work.

Already posted it, by - due to the absence of any reaction - pressed to do it again. I cannot (still cannot) enter my game - neither SP nor MP, for "No connection to the EA Origin. The Mass Effect 3 game will be closed" message appears on the game's welcome screen. It's the less understandable due to the fact, that I start the game from within the Origin client, beint logged in.

UPD: The origin ID and in-game nickname are the same as here: MyDamnAlterEgo

Hi Jesse. Can you please fix Spectre Mastery for me. In-game medals earned is showing 7 repetitions, while the other 2 are showing 6. All are 100% complete.

Thanks for replying. Guess I'll try my luck with customer support then. Fingers crossed. By the way, can you fix the stuck Squad Elite Challenge? 8/8 with the Plat extracts left but it still hasn't reset.

Squad Elite doesn't reset, you can only complete it once.
