I made the following post under the Multiplayer forum.  It was suggested I posted my problem here.  The following gives details:

I attempted to get all my Firebase bronze waves to be at 100%.  I
noticed both Firebase Dagger and Reactor was not updating for the waves I
played yesterday and today.  I used the Orgins help chat and was told
to run "Repair Install" to ensure I had the lates patch.  I did so.  The
problem still exists so I chatted again and they are reporting the
problem.  Also, they suggested I post it in the forum.  This is my first
start of a posting so I hope I am doing it correctly.

ME3 Multiplayer with all DLC's and lates patch installed -  PC platform

Here is a copy of the EA Help Chat with details:
Me-
"details: Map Master for Bronze waves is not updatting for Firebase
Reactor and Dagger. Have not checked every single one. I was at 74/100
for FB Reactor and played many waves yesterday and today which did not
register (ie stayed at 74/100).  I chatted and was told to run repair
install to make sure I had latest patch. I did that just a bit ago. I
played FP Reactor (11 waves) and it still showed 74/100 bronze waves"

Advisor reponse:
"Anil
I've
tried my best to find the possible solution for your issue, however I
couldn't find any solution as this is an in game issue, I apologize for
the inconvenience caused to you.

So, I'll forward you issue to
the concerned team so that it can be fixed for the game, also I would
ask you to post the issue on the forums."

Hello Mr Johnson,

I have some problems with my Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer Challenges and i've heard that you could fix it.

Stuck Challenges:
-Map Mastery
-Biotic Mastery
-Shotgun Mastery
-Combat Mastery
-Reaper Mastery
-Geth Mastery
-Collector Mastery

They all count less points than i've completed

My N7 Mastery challenge is stuck: it keeps doing only the first silver medal challenge in N7 mastery, which I've done 13 times (compared to the 6 for the rest of the challenge). If my math is right, I should have N7 Mastery for the 7th time and be working on the 8th.

i don't think any 1 cares about this anymore... but the Packs still cost 2,99

My suggestion: If you don't care of your game and your players - free Packs 4 all! Or shut down your servers so i can heal my addiction.

When I contacted EA Support, they told me to reinstall the game and all DLC, when that didn't work, they told me to email ME3AccountsAdmin@bioware.com.  When I emailed that address, I get back an error message saying no such user exists @bioware.com.

So here I am after finding EA Support to be worthless, clueless as to how to contact Bioware Support or find a solution on my own.

Challenges stuck: Seemingly all, I'm not quite sure of the limits. I've used pisols and assault rifles, as well as separate characters, and extracted on different maps. I've also used biotics and techn powers, neither of which have updated as well. I haven't seen anything update at all, not even challenges involving bronze waves for maps.
