In my own experience, I have found the Arsenal Pack to be the best for unlocking UR weapons. Someone created a thread a while ago relating to this issue (can't remember who or when, or what it was called). Basically, any of the 99,000 packs give you a better chance, with the Arsenal Pack a small but noticeable amount more likely than the other two. You are probably looking at 1 UR every 6-10 packs depending on how lucky you are on that given day.

Unfortunately, there is no definitive resolution to this often irritating issue.

****SQUAD ELITE CHALLENGE****

Just trying to help out all of you stating that this challenge won't reset.

Sorry guys and gals, but this challenge is designed to only complete once. It will not reset. Many people raised this issue (PLEASE NOTE - IT IS THE SAME FOR THE MASS EFFECT CHALLENGE), and the official answer was that it does not reset.

Not what you want to hear, but I got over it a long time ago, and that, unfortunately, is the only thing that we can all do!

Hope that at least resolves some annoyance.

I finally heard back from EA Support (note, NOT Bioware) about my stuck challenge. They can't un-stick the challenge, but they will submit the stuck challenge as a bug report in case it can be fixed in a future update. They also acknowledge that future updates are unlikely. I'm guessing this will be the case for most issues of this nature. If a Bioware dev/mod wants to address this definitively, such efforts would not be unappreciated.

Hi

 

Completed all ME3 multiplayer challenges on 360 and Best of the best wouldn't unlock, squad elite challenges is unticked for some reason.

 

Please fix this, worked really hard for this, ME3 is one of my favorite games and this leaves a sour taste in my mouth regarding my whole experience, especially after the single player endings.

To be fair, it's not at all obvious why that particular challenge doesn't reset like the others, or why you effectively can't redo it.
