Bryan you need to add "log out of BSN then log back in".  That fixed it for me when the link wasn't working right.

OK, add me to the list too. Online Pass gone.
I have had the game since release and have not had any problems at all, up till yesterday. After playing online with friends, got the Comm pack, I took a break for lunch. When I loaded up Origin and then the game, I got this online needs blabla. nonsense!
Swedish EA support have no chatt and the phonenumber is only in servise during workhours-weekdays... Called it anyway and got told that the call could be recorded for educational purposes.
Then a Spanish automated message lol, helps a lot;)
I have opened a ticket via e-mail, no response so far, 4 hours left of the 24h..
How can you run a 24/7 service and only have support during officehours EA?

Happened to me today too. Multiplayer was working fine yesterday, now my online pass isn't working. Have been waiting in Live Chat at "under five minutes" for about an hour. Not impressed. Glad I did the weekend challenge yesterday!

Bloody online pass problem. I can't even get on Live Chat. Clicking the "Live chat" button doesn't do anything. Can someone who is on there ask them to look into mine too?

Finally talking to "John", who's got the pass working, but now it's "Unable to authorize DLC".

So, someone tell me how to contact EA regarding my online pass problems.

Answer HQ doesn't have the answers because well, they're not allowed to access the backsides of the server since they're just a bunch of other players. And Live Chat is greyed out for me, always has been and always will be. I'm not going to get any help from there.

EDIT: After going through all the country selection options, none of them allowed me to enter Live Chat. So, I guess I'm not allowed to play ME3 anymore. I'm bloody cursed, I tell you. So, yeah. It's been fun.

Yeah, got the online pass thing.  :sigh:

Which says you can re-download the online pass.   Which makes alot of sense. The problem is, the PC directions cut off and don't finish. And I can't see anything in origin that would do that. Anyone have any idea what you do?

Apparently, these are the steps:
For the PC:

Launch your Origin Client.
Sign into the client using the account that originally downloaded the Online Pass.
Navigate to the 'My Games' menu
Mouse over the game specific to the Online Pass in question
Click on the 'i' button on the box that appears to open the game product page
In the add-on content at the bottom of the screen, locate the entry for the Online Pass you wish to do re-download
Selecting the online pass should then start the re-download process

Pity that "Online Pass" does not show in the list of add on content.

Also suffering from the online/redeem pass issue.
I've emailed the support team but i expect this issue will not be resolved in the near future.
So it's bye bye to ME3 and hello Skyrim for the next few weeks. :-(

I only have the "online chat" option and they never chat with me (liars and thieves). Whats the email address? Better yet, where is the class action lawsuit?

Exactly, there IS NO "online pass" under the "i" button. What EA employee made that false and misleading statement saying that is the way to fix a problem? Again, class action lawsuit? grrr! LOL!

Yep me to, let me guess it says unable to authorize listed dlc, please login to allaince network blah blah blah, FFS, im sick to death of EA, no help at all from both sides, Twiiter is useless, this is the worst game setup I have ever encountered in my years of gaming.

I had the same problem, my Online Pass stopped working (shortly after installing Omega) and I can tell you this, the live chat is useless if you have the N7 Collector's Edition, they either won't help you at all or issue you a normal Online Pass which will cause some problems later. So your best bet is to avoid the live chat completely.

Call your country's EA support line instead, describe your problem and if they don't come up with this solution themselves, tell them what to do, it worked for me and for my friend like a charm:
1) delete your Online Pass (or all of them), From Ashes, CE stuff DLC and the game itself from your profile
2) issue a new product code for ME3 N7 CE which you have to redeem via Origin yourself and after that issue a new product code for From Ashes
(Ofc they'll have to consult issuing new CE codes with senior technician, it will take a while, so be patient.)

Only this solved my CE Online Pass problem, hope it will help.


yeah and what would happen if you lost all your manifest?  They are linked?

He will have to purchase an online pass from Xbox Live Marketplace/Playstation Store depending on platform.
If on PC, Origin Store.

Yes, that's it. At least I can play multiplayer, and despite the "unauthorized" message, the single player DLC still seems to load from old saved games.

Same problem, I asked how much for a friend of mine as I was going to give him my standard edition, it's the same price as the game, so really a waste of time may as well tell your friend to buy his/her own.

Got the online pass issue yesterday morning, sent an email (no live chat function where I live), over 24 hours later I have heard nothing at all back. The email states that somebody would contact me within 24 hours - what wonderful service. I have the CE and just envision a multitude of problems.

Did you try switching to English-US for live chat?

After waiting around 20 minutes for ea live chat and answering some questions they were able to fix it for me. The questions were: full name, product code, answer to my security question, so have this information ready. Not sure why they would need to know that, it's already in their system and I was already logged in anyway. Looks like they just try to waste your time.

It's not something you can fix by redownloading some files, it's their server not recognizing you.

Yeah, when I got the issue last week it was right after using the link, it's why I was afraid I'd get the issue again this week (thankfully I didn't this week).

In the past whenever I got the redeem pass issue it would usually go away after a restart or waiting a few minutes, but it wouldn't go away at all last week.

No I haven't because I have just not had the time to sit and wait for somebody to respond to it this weekend - had my son's birthday on Saturday but if I haven't heard anything by lunch-time tomorrow I have enough time to waste to do this.
