Almost 2 weeks ago, I was hit with the online pass bug. I just contacted the EA support live chat folks at; https://help.ea.com/...s/channel-offer ; and the rep verified I owned the account then told me to log out and he fixed the issue. Although it took a 15 minute wait to get a live rep, It was a really quick fix.

live chat is realy funy i must try it three times befor find some1 who who can sort my problem with online pass problem on PC, now i can play Mp again but cannot play SP bc it cannot confirm From Ashes DLC and all what they say me was: you need buy this DLC again ...... 1) its not posible bc origin still say i have it purchased 2) in my country and our law its called steal or cheat when you cannot use thig which you legaly purchased ...

EA support seems to be inconsitent. I was on chat but the Advisor could not solve the problem just refered me to a phone number, which is actually a problem for me, because I dont have any telephone :(.

They fixed the Online issue for me, which about a week later has now broken my From Ashes entitlement too.

I now get the following:

Whenever I boot the game, but it allows me to play online nonetheless. This message has now been joined by "From Ashes" at the bottom of the window...

Challenges Stuck:  Under Weapons Tab - Geth is stuck and did not award points / Under General Tab - Slite Squad and did not award points.

Platform: PC [SSD, Two ATI 5770's in crossfire, 16 Gigs RAM, Windows 7 64 bit]

Origin ID: Ponphar / 123dhb@gmail.com 

As of today I cannot access Mass Effect 3 it says online pass required and support has not picked up.  I'vve been on hold for about 40 min.

Yeah, and customer serivce is not of service.  Spent a week going back and forth until they elevated the request into oblivion.  They said it would take 2-3 weeks to contact me.  I emailed them back after that period and have heard nothing back from them.

Definitely the last EA game I buy.

Well the support is indeed worth talking to, i mean the 3 hour waiting just to tell them that the product they sold ain't working as intented(?) for numerous times this nice online pass bug has been bothering me and every time i need to contact someone in order to get it fixed?

Why we don't have any compensation for game troubles? For example, I should wait another 45 minutes to start live chat about online pass problem, and my friends start platinum games without me. They probably earn about 500k credits wile I just waiting online pass solution. May be it will be a good practice to compensate my waiting time with similar amount of credits.

Same issues here except I own the Collector's Edition. Which makes even less sense. So now my Collector's Edition pass is not being recognized and my From Ashes pass is also not being acknowledged even though it says I have From Ashes installed in the Active Downloadable Content menu. This is all on PC mind you.

Hm. I found help on AskEASupport's twitter. I had to make a Twitter account though, which makes me a Twit. I explained my situation and well, they were kind enough to sort out my online pass problem.

I'm curious as to what causes such a problem though.

Same issues here except I own the Collector's Edition. Which makes even less sense. I have same problem,but to wait a hour  for chat help and explain everything again is so painful.

I got my online pass problem resolved via Twitter, after no reply what-so-ever from the generic email I was sent, I am just hoping I do not encounter the dlc problem now.

I just did "Operation: LODESTAR" and I never got the "1st tier – Commendation Pack." for extracting on any difficulty. I got the other two and a gift pack but some of my friends (that are in the same lobby) have gotten all three.

Yeah I only gotten 1 Gift Pack, 1 Commendation Pack and that's it. Shouldn't I get 1 Gift, 2 Commendation?
