nvm just saw your post though some have been saying they recieved 4 packs today other 3 so im still somewhat confused.

I had the online pass denial just happen to me (CE here too), and I love how the wait time for the Live Chat person went from under 5 minutes (both on the first page and the pop-up) to 280-285.

At least I managed to get the Silver+ extractions done, and a gift and Commendation pack in my inventory before this shenanigan started.

That message is always there

Maybe I should word it differently.
For some the banners won't change. Even after waiting for an hour or so. Nothing worked until after I re-synced the account.

I'm open to the possibility that it was a coincidence :alien:

So in basics my Xbox won't get a Comm pack #2 till this issue is relieved

It's odd but cause i have 2 accounts (Xbox/PC) I verified a fix for PC but in the processing it plausibly ruined the Xbox receiving it currently guess I need to somehow get this all debugged out heh

I installed the Citadel DLC and now am getting online pass issue. How exactly are the codes distributed that they break the online pass codes previously in the account? This is very annoying.

So if you simply click the commendation pack link does it just sync to your account and award the missing pack/packs automatically? Would help if there was a more in depth explanation.

Does this mean there are 4 Packs or 3 packs? I think thats the main issue atm... (Gift + 3 for the operation, or Gift + 2 for the operation).

I believe it's Gift +2 if you do the platinum extractions.

I didn't get the second commendation pack for Lodestar and though one part of the screen says I did the challenge on the N7 HQ for the actual gold badge it says I haven't. (At least there is a reset link that fixes it)

Add on to the fact I can't get through phone support (two hours on the phone to be told their hours have just ended and to call back the next day) and can no longer play single-player after buying Citadel, I'm going to have to consider not buying BioWare games in the future. (Online Pass won't authorize + From ashes).

My online pass doesn't work after purchasing the Citadel DLC.
So I found out that I have to contact EA Support to get a new one.

Live chat person was very helpful, he first updated online pass for Mass Effect 3 regular edition, and then From Ashes didn't work, so I told him the problem and he then used the correct pass. Everything is working now. :)

I'm confused.  Is it 1 Gift pack plus 3 Coms or 2 Com packs?

I recently completed the Op on Platinum in one go to get everything at once (did not do Silver), and when I checked the store I only got one Comm Pack. Need help.  

Ok- I just used the Com pack link to fix the issue.  That makes it 2 Commendation packs.  How do I get the 3rd now?  :mellow:

Purchased and downloaded Citadel DLC, them MP is cut off.

Online pass is required, but i can access my SP game with all DLC's.

Spent 3 hours in que with EA, nothing solved......

Bioware, seriously.....this Origin thing needs a complete overhaul. I spent more than 1,000 hours and purchased all DLCs for the whole ME series.

I am at work, with their live chat windows open for 1 hour and 27 minutes now in que, keeps saying "wait time 10-15 mintes".

I uninstalled Origin and ME3 twice, no go.

Change my password, and still nothing.

Anything else you can advise me to do?

Don't get your hopes up.  I have the same problem and managed to get through to EA online customer service eventually.  The customer service advisor was polite enough but vague and unable to offer any helpful advice.  I ended up asking the questions to try and pinpoint the problem.  She initially claimed that there was a problem with my account and I had to call their specialist team.  I asked her what the problem was and she could not answer.  On a hunch, I logged into my Origin account and filled up all the missing details.  Took me all of 2 minutes. I then asked her whether the problem with my account has now been resolved.  She said yes and I thought that was it.  Then she told me there was an error on EA's end and I have to call customer service or do another online chat session.  I asked her to clarify exactly what needs to be done in another chat session which could not be done now and she hung up on me.

Edit:  just got through to EA online customer service again.  This time, it was handled by Jeric.  He asked a few questions to verify my account and then solved the problem in a minute.
