Looks like its the new DLC...after Installing it, Leviathan is no longer authorized (i have also CE and this kind of errors a couple of times when redeeming a commendation pack). I´m waiting now for more than 1.5 h for the hotline service... Origin is asking from time to time how i would rate it, but sadly there are no negative values available...i hate this kind of authorization errors.

Update: Still waiting, but it seems there´s a workaround for the authorization errors:
1) Set Origin to offline mode
2) Start the game until you are in the menu
3) Go back to origin and set it to online mode
4) Go back to the game and connect to EA servers

This is working the the SP-DLC at least...

This may be my misunderstanding, but isn't operation lodestar supposed to potentially give you 3 commendation packs? I received a "gift" pack from bioware. I didn't not receive the commendation pack for extrating on any map any difficulty. I did receive the pack for doingthe silver or higher, but have yet to do the platinum. Was I wrong? Did we only get two commendation packs?

There are only 2 challenges, yet there are 3 reward tiers.

Since there's no 3rd challenge and since the commendation packs don't stack, it's impossible to claim the 3rd one through the 'weekend challenge reward check' page.

Same situation with me. I got a gift pack, one commendation pack and the other with the http://social.biowar..._challenge_fix/ but the first, impossible.

Happened to a friend yesterday, to me other days. Can get yet what fail, but I think it's difficult to fix here, maybe posting the day/hour than you have played that match. Seems to be the same problem than when you finish a game and you have all the consumables.

Still can't get my Collector's edition Online pass + From ashes authorization back. Phone support says my wait time is 1002 minutes...(Not kidding.)

This is all the fault of whoever at BioWare programmed the Origin portion. There is no reason to have an online pass on PC; that is what Origin is.

 Hi Bryan,

I have encountered an error in the Geth Mastery. The overall progress says I've completed 17/18 challenges, however all challenges have been completed and count up to 18 completed challenges. It seems like there is a bug with the Geth Hunter 2 challenge: It has been completed 4 times, when every other challenge, including Geth Hunter 1 have been completed 3 times.

I finally got my online pass working with help of EA support and went to finish the operation. After finishing it (platinum), only one Commendation Pack was awarded, so I used the link for fix and got the second pack. But, after using the DLC fix this error welcomed me to Mass Effect 3 menu:

Yes. That is the boat I am in. I was escalated from Live chat to phone support and now on hold for a specialist.
(they fixed the From ashes bit for me)

They couldn't fix it for me. They said they have never seen this problem before. Everything on my account says it is authorized and fine. So they are just telling me to ignore it since I can still log into multi-player.

live chat mention that wait time of 5 minutes, i am on that screen for one and a half hours already.
by the way my issues now is after i click the commendation package fix, DLC From Ash is not working anymore, and i cant buy point to get the citedal DLC...

I had the same problem, my Online Pass stopped working (shortly after installing Omega) and I can tell you this, the live chat is useless if you have the N7 Collector's Edition, they either won't help you at all or issue you a normal Online Pass which will cause some problems later. So your best bet is to avoid the live chat completely.

Call your country's EA support line instead, describe your problem and if they don't come up with this solution themselves, tell them what to do, it worked for me and for my friend like a charm:
1) delete your Online Pass (or all of them), From Ashes, CE stuff DLC and the game itself from your profile
2) issue a new product code for ME3 N7 CE which you have to redeem via Origin yourself and after that issue a new product code for From Ashes
(Ofc they'll have to consult issuing new CE codes with senior technician, it will take a while, so be patient.)

Only this solved my CE Online Pass problem, hope it will help.


Question is - will my manifest get wiped if they delete my previous CE game and content?

It seems that everyone that got the Onlince pass CE version and From Ashes reissued also received this error message. But only few have reported it, because this error (that I also have) doesn't block you single player or multiplayer. However it DOES remove your Collector's edition outifts, like Liara's purple outfit. That seems to be the only drawback I know about.

I contacted EA support myself too, and simply asked a new ME3 cd-key, since that is the only way to be sure. Support guy said that he can't give it via internet but via phone. I just don't understand, how is phone a better way of communicating? Are we living on 1990s or what?

@AskEAsupport twitter channel is the way to go. They seem to be several tiers higher than live chat in terms of knowledge and ability.

Yeah you're right, those are missing. I didn't even notice because I don't use any of those. I don't think it is worth waiting on the phone for another three hours for. For me anyway. 

The Dog, the armour, the outfits (for Shepard), and the weapons are all there.

So, is anyone else having the issue of "only" receiving one CP from Op. Lodestar? Just completed the challenges for Platinum and as so the easier ones as well, but "only" got one.

See the OP and follow the fix challenges link BroJo posted. You might have to wait an hour for it to fix apparently, but once you apply the fix you should be able to go back into the store and the pack will be there.

- I had the same thing happen on both Xbox and PC. It seems to happen to a lot of people who only do the Insanity portion of the challenge. You'll get the 3rd pack though. For Xbox I fixed my challenge via the link, and booted back into the store to get the pack rather quickly. For PC, I'm still waiting for my account to show it needs a fix.

Just an FYI for people who play on multiple platforms (like me) - As of right now, the challenge fix page won't work for all your platforms, but BroJo informs me they're working on it.

Ex: I was able to fix the Lodestar challenge for my Xbox account (which I did first), but can't fix it for my PC account until it gets resolved for multi-platforms.

Was going to whine about lodestar, but was able to easily come onto the site and hit a button to fix it. While I'd obviously prefer if the bug didn't exist in the first place, I'm glad you guys already headed off the problem.

I just got hit with the "online pass" problem with my collector edition + all mission DLCs (from ashes, omega, citadel )..
I hope the repair install fixes this issue.

already finished the operation lodestar..
also.. does the platinum challenge banner is different between the silver and platinum editions?

online is broken for me.. damn redeem online pass bug!!!
but single player seems to work fine..

Iwill wait until tomorrow and see if the problem persists.
