 Just completed Operatio Lodestar (Insanity) but did not get a commendation package Is there anything I can do or am I just **** out of luck?

Spent 1 hour and 47 minutes waiting for the EA live chat, finally got my online pass working.

Unfortunately, now my From Ashes DLC is not authorised, so i have to repeat the process again.

Finally, a friend of mine in the US just hit the same issue. We were in a game, he then purchased, downloaded and installed Citadel and lost his online pass.

Thanks for setting this up. My operation lodestar (insanity) was stuck, but I was able to fix it with the weekend challenge fix. Quick and easy. Thanks again!

Same online pass issue here: after having installed Citadel DLC, MP doesn't work. Couldn't do the operatoin yet because on Tuesday I had the "you're already logged in on another computer" ping bug, so I'm waiting. And it seems to me from other comments on this forums that after it's fixed, I'll have problems with From Ashes. Sweet.

Yup, this. Finished the Insanity run of Lodestar last night, but only got one Commendation Pack. Ran to my laptop, clicked this little linky-poo, ran back to my PS3 and BAM! 2nd Commendation Pack was already in the store waiting for me.

I have a strange issue the weekend challenge fix keeps on mixing up my PC and PS3 progress. As a result of this I completed operation tribute on my PC first (got commendation pack) then on my PS3 (no commendation pack). When I go to the weekend challenge fix it states that my commendation pack has been given for my PS3. If that was true I'd have an equal number of promotional weapons to that of the weekend challenges that I completed but I don't.

Now when I look at operation lodestar (completed on PS3) when I check the weekend challenge fix page for my PC I get erroneous information.

There seems to be a problem with the weekend challenge fix page for people with accounts on different platforms

We are working on the situation where people could have multiple platforms and have the system only work for one, it should be rolled out soon.

Thanks for the reply BroJo. Do you know whether it will fix my missing commendation pack for operation tribute (PS3) and for both operation lodestar (PC) challenges? I'm guessing that it wont give me the commendation packs for them on the PC as it will say yes for both challenge and reward when I complete it.

It will give you for Operation Tribute on PS3 but not Lodestar for PC (as you have not completed on PC yet)

Same here. For some reason my IE10 and Firefox won't display the login box on the top right of the EA help page. I downloaded Chrome and it's there.  Emailed UK support last night but there's been no reply. I'm now in the queue for the live chat... 50 to 55 minutes. (Was 120+ last night!)

If you're using the Origin client you need to change your language to English US. (Origin, Application Settings, General tab.) Live chat is now an option under Help, Origin Help.

If you're on the website there's a country selector on the bottom right. Change that to US.

I have just ended the operation in platinum (both events at same time), but i have only received two boxes (one for participate, and another for one of the other two events). One box is still missing.

Have the same issue, but it looks like i have no pack just for evacuation. Only for platinum play. Is there any fix,as for resurgerence?
