I also only got one Commendation Pack for completing Insanity. Got one more after using the weekend challenge fix-thingy, and also had one Gift Pack. Was that it?

I'm a bit confused about the number of packs as well. I got 2 comm packs after using the fix but I don't think I got the participation comm pack. I did get a gift pack with a Valiant in it but that was before I even began doing the challenge. was that the 3rd pack or am I missing one?

Hi ! So I just completed Loadstar on Insanity and Normal, but the thing is that I completed Insanity and Normal at the same time, which means I got only 1 pack instead of 2 (the blog said I should got 1 per challenge + 1 for the first extraction)

Can you guys please help me out with this ?

Edit : Oh and while we're at it, I've just completed a Gold Game, made 400K xp (180K in game points) with my Infilitration Unit and around the maximal amount of credits, but as soon as the hosting player left, looks like the game considered I didn't earn anything and I got back to lever 13 and lost all my credits. This kind of stuff never happenned to me before.

Thanks for trying to help me. Unfortunately the only thing I got was being treated as a criminal! ...

My collector's edition is physical copies, imported from the USA (I'm from Brazil). Now they (EA) require proving that bought it!?... After almost one year playing in Ogigin!?... After I purchased each and all DLCs for the game! ... Now I'm definitely hating EA and waiting for an answer from Bioware at least!

I can confirm my game is fuxored.
The whole patch for lodestar ruined the MP portion of Mass Effect 3 for me.. always "redeem online pass" .
Collector's edition physical copy. I'm going to contact EA support now.

anyway.. protip for Bioware..

please tests your "automated" fixes before putting them live..

Used the link BroJo provided, ah yes, 45 minute wait for online chat.

Then, 45 minutes later, still waiting. I'm going to bed, address this mess tomorrow.

@askeasupport seems to be a higher level support than the live chat. They asked for my Origin user name and had the problem sorted out in about 10 minutes.

Make sure you are signed out of Origin at the time as they have to access the game at their end.

Hi, guys.

I'm trying to play the multiplayer on the PS3 (the only version I own) but everytime I click Quick Match it just goes "Communicating" and NEVER place me in any match. All settings are on "ANY" and Public.

How to solve this? I've already played the multiplayer in the past (one day when I bought it in February).

I'm too low a level in order to stand the missions alone...

Well, that's it, the first extraction thing is actually a lie, you don't have to extract, you just have to visit the shop.

Well, you just have to restart the game, as in exit and return back and the credits and the XP should be given to you, the automatic update of the profile sometimes reguires this if the host goes offline before you. That is if the host didn't log out in the combat, as then you just have to continue and well die to get your do'es, and you also loose the last rounds rewards when the host is changed...

I waited 2,5hrs on Tuesday for the livechat; but after they finally answered, the EA advisor corrected the problem in 10 minutes.

I would like to know when and if ever the fracking error for cannot authourise dlc log into alliance network with the code blah blah blah, will be fixed, it is really fracking me off along with other people who have the same problem, I do not want to hear contact EA, I did that on numerous occassions and they nearly fracked me game all together, posted on twitter got frack all from there. To this end,  it is now getting me down I haven't the heart to get ME4 if we keep getting all this frack.

Razor I thank you, but it didn't work for me till now!...  See, I still have no contact from EA's Twitter since. No contact, no solution, no satisfaction, from both EA or Bioware.

Currently, given all the facts, I am convinced that the quality criteria of the EA / Bioware does not include "quality" as most of us understand it! Likewise, they are proving to have no respect for their customers! ... I want my problem corrected, not a dead end with EA's Live Chat or EA's Twitter! They didn't do their job till now!...

... Oh! And now a got the problem with Operation Lodestar: I received the second tier reward but not the first tier reward! Bioware and EA, there isn't many  peaple happy on customers side of all this "MESS EFFECT", so could you do some thing that really works?

Well, that's it, the first extraction thing is actually a lie, you don't have to extract, you just have to visit the shop.

Rewards:

• 1st tier – Commendation Pack.
• 2nd tier – A second bonus Commendation Pack and a banner, (“Stood Fast, Stood Strong, Stood Together”)
• 3rd tier – A third bonus Commendation Pack.

I can count 3 of them... Got only 2 while I completed all 3 tiers.

Yep.

The thing is he left just after the extraction, I was even at the character Powers upgrade screen while it happenned and as soon as he left I lost everything I won in this game. Logging in again helped though, thanks !

Dear Devs,

I'm much more worried whether this issues regarding failure of Online Pass are being dealt with. It is really painful for me to see on Bioware Russian Community how many people have troubles with accessing multiplayer and how they go through all kinds of tortures while trying to contact american live-chat support.

I too maybe in trouble. I asked my friend to help me complete weekend operation for me, and didn't get third comm pack. Therefore,I had to use the fix for it. And here I am now, sitting and worrying if my online pass has also broken. The worst is, I can't really do anything with it now, if it is really broken.

I just hope that you guys try to do at least something to fix this. It starts to get really annoying and sad.
