[Han Shot First]

Kaidan - Sacrificing himself to make sure the bomb went off on Virmire (not intended as character bashing, I thought it was a great emotional moment in the series)


Ashley - The first visit at Huerta Memorial, even though she is still unconcious and has no dialogue. It was a great scene.


Garrus - Shooting bottles on the Citadel, and letting Garrus win.


Wrex - The confrontation on Virmire, and getting Wrex to stand down.


Tali - Defending her in the Court Martial in Mass Effect 2.


Liara - The 'Name in the Stars' time capsule scene. It is kind of a sad scene, but many feels were had.


Jacob - Helping Shepard escape from the Lazarus Project base.


Miranda - Ignoring the Illusive Man's order to stop Shepard from blowing up the Collector Base, and telling him to consider it her resignation. Epic moment.


Mordin - Sacrificing himself to cure the Genophage, and by extension, helping to stop the Reapers.


Zaeed - All of his lines about Jessie.


Jack - Not so much a moment, as her transformation in Mass Effect 3. I liked her development into a more responsible and caring character from the psychologically wounded and rage-filled person she was in ME2.


Grunt - "If I know Grunt, his answer is coming at muzzle velocity." "You do know Grunt!"


Thane - His death scene at the hospital. "Guide this one to where the traveller never tires, the lover never leaves, the hungry never starve. Guide this one Kalihira, and he will be a companion to you as he was to me." Kudos to whichever writer wrote that scene, and the prayer. It nearly brought me to tears.


Samara - The Long Walk, with Samara holding up the biotic shield to keep the seeker swarms away. I love that whole sequence and the cutscene conclusion to it. If that doesn't count since Jack can also do it, it would be when she says this line, "I will fight and struggle all my life, that is my fate. When I die, it will not be in bed. I am at peace with that."


Morinth - Thinking she has Shepard under hell spell, only to realize she's been both played and set up.


Kasumi - Not so much any particular scene as her charmingly irreverent attitude. I like that she refers to the protagonist as 'Shep,' rather than Shepard or Commander.


Legion - "The answer to your question was yes."   "I know Tali, but thank you. Keelah Se'lai."


Vega -  A tie between boxing on he Normandy, and his back and forth banter with Garrus about who is the bigger hero.


Javik - His story about once commanding a ship much like the Normandy, but having to kill his comrades and crew members one-by-one after they became indoctrinated and were sent against him. I also love the line he ends that story with, which I think is one of the best in the series. "It was the day I understood: War is atrocity committed in the name of survival. It is a lesson I wished I had never learned."


EDI: Her farewell on Earth.


Anderson - "God...feels like years since I...just sat down."   "I think you earned a rest. Anderson? Stay with me. We're almost through this."   "You did good, son. You did good. I'm....proud of you."

Mordin: His death scene impacted me quite a bit. So beautiful.

Leigon: "There was a hole." and "No data available." That was a great conversation.

Jack: Seeing her in Grissom. She finally had something to care about; something to protect. It made her so much more human.

Liara: When she thought she was hallucinating when I rescued her from the escavation site.

Garrus: The bottle shooting scene.

Jacob: When he asked Tali to introduce herself to the ship's AI.

Ashley: Stepping up to defend the bomb while I rescued Kaidan and the salarians.

Kasumi: Her intro was great. I loved that she was pretending to be an advertisement.

Zaeed: The comlink chat.

Javik: His banter with Liara.

Miranda: When she finally admitted TIM was wrong.

Thane: Him killing that asari scumbag from ME1. If there was a paragon option to save her, I wasn't going to take it.

EDI: I liked the talks that end up shaping EDI's morality. The last one is probably the most significant.

Joker: His joke about Blasto 6 on the Citadel.

Samara: Helping her save Falere.

Vega: His debate with Cortez over their preferred vehicles.

Anderson: "You did good, son."

Dr. Chakwas: Sharing brandy with her in ME2. My Shepard considers her a close friend.

Tali - (not her biggest fan) - all the end-of-Rannoch scenes - whether you choose Quarians or Geth or both... they're all spectacular. Frankly even being not her biggest fan, i simply cannot allow her to complete that reverse swan-dive... far too sad for the "Little Sister" of the series.

Mordin - 'Scientist Salarian' and All his scenes with "Eve," and his sacrifice.

Wrex (didn't enjoy his anywhere nearly as much as most others do... but) - his complaint about women always wanting to talk, and then talk some more.

Legion - "there was a hole" and its "death" "keelah se'lai"

Jack - Her Grissom Academy scenes - (they show her growth as a person) Her face down with Miranda (an ultimate What If? moment)

Liara - the time capsule, "i'll flay you with my mind,"

Garrus - Archangel reveal.

Jacob - knowing he would NOT be getting back onto my Normandy!!!

Kasumi - "you look great"

Zaeed - when he tosses the heat pack thing on Santiago.

Ashley - letting her die on Virmire. Or the passed out drunk bit.

Kaidan - for me every scene... but... regaining his trust during the coup. lunch on the citadel. i even enjoy his tantrum on Horizon.

Samara (she's my No.1 fave squadmate) - Her intro in ME2 - seriously, she flings someone who'd be a formiddable biotic through a plate-glass window like shes a ragdoll, then she FLIES down, calmly asks for info, then when refused, she SNAPS THE ****'S NECK WITH HER HIGH-HEELED BOOT... Epic. Also, saving her from herself at the monastery. thats one of the more powerful scenes in ME3. (there are quite a few of them actually, prior to the endgame at least)

I just find it so difficult to choose my favorite moments with these people but I have a few special ones.

Jack- Grissom Acacemy. Love seeing how she has grown and enjoy the fact that her presences changes the mission. It can either be quite fun and adventurous or a quite dark experience.
Thane - didn't have too much time with him in this game so I would say the deathscene. I always get a little teary-eyed during that one.
Legion - Just seeing him again in ME3, that first scene means a lot to me. Don't why it resonates so much but it does.
Samara - Current PT is the first one with her alive and haven't done the Convent yet so no info
Wrex - Brought my good friend Wrex to Sur'Kesh together with my pals Garrus and Liara, they had such good conversations together. Really got the feelings that they were friends and they were my team. Great moment!
Zaeed - listening in on how he changed his mission when he understood that Shepard was on the way to save the volus. And getting the info out of said Volus. This is my first PT with Zaeed so haven't seen much more with him, goodbye's or such
James - When he says that Shepard is his instructor for N7. I always get so proud over that. And I take it seriously. If Vega goes on a mission I either take Garrus or Kaidan with me, people I know can help to teach him more about working as a N7.
Kaidan - his romance-arc is *swoon*. Can't choose just one moment. Love it
Garrus - heh, yet again another romance-arc that is *swoon*. Haven't finished it but wow! Can't just pick one moment. Well, added one special moment. Coming clean about shooting Padok Wiks, that was an great. He was there for my FemShep when she felt absolutly lousy. Made me realise I needed to make a PT romancing the Turian ;-)
Ash - next PT with be with her, this I swear! Hoping for a few sisters-in-arms-moments
Mordin - singing to himself in the tower *SilentK cries in front of the computer*
Padok Wiks - shooting this poor salarian on Tuchanka when he didn't want to fake the cure. Felt like an absolute monster, it was horrible. That stayed with me for the rest of the PT.
Miranda - Discussing the past, how she wanted to put a chip in Shepard, I liked that convo. Coming clean about that and trusting each other. Just wish she had done something else than running after her sister again.
Jacob - romanced him with two FemShep's so ... yeah.. How about no! If I could trade the renegade option of begging him for pity-sex to pretty much anything else I would have been a much happier gamer
Tali - little sis. Seeing her on Rannoch finally. Loved that
Liara - one of my fav characters. Can't choose one moment, I'm silly like that
Kasumi - too little Kasumi, but just joking around with her was fun. Enjoy the little notes about her "work" that I find on Liara's Shadow broker station
Grunt - Just saw him on the Rachni-mission, my little krogan all grown up. Happy tears!

I strongly believe that each and every moment I spend with the Mass Effect characters is special. Even really minor characters like the child on Earth or Barla Von. Since this is the case for me, it would be near impossible to categorically state which was my favourite moment for each.
