building a rogue / wizard / arcane trckster.  I am planning ahead for epic levels for MotB.  It looks like I may only be able to take two of the three epic feats I am hoping to use.  If I can ony do two of those three, what do you recommend?  Personally, combat insight and expose weakness seem more fun, and how necessary is perfect two weapon ayway?  But people seem to like to go for that first -- and with haste, or tenser s transformation, i imagine it is pretty powerful.  thoughts?  Many thanks.

I also coudl forgo epic spell vampiric feast, but seems like i shoudl have one epic spell... can't have it all.

Since I haven't seen the actual build, I can't confirm if you really can't take them all somehow, but with those classes, you'll likely have a low BAB and not many attacks, what makes PTWF lose some value.

Also, if you're not taking Shadowdancer, do yourself a favour and take Feint, and as many Bluff-enhancing feats (and probably classes) as you can.

I've taken the epic spell feats a few times (mostly for companions) - but never actually used them in the game. I've always had so many actual spells available at that point that I never ran low on them, and had a tendancy to forget about the spell feats entirely. Companions don't seem to want to use the spell feats as part of their AI either.

I always put the Epic Spells on my vertical hotbars so I don't forget them.

Also, companions - and opponents - will definitely use two of them whenever possible, the Epic Gate and Vampiric Feast.

I also like them from the simple standpoint that they're epic - if that makes any sense. There's just something poetic about Damnating a certain ancient red wizard, for example.

I would take the epic spell, personally. And indeed I've witnessed companions casting Vampiric Feast, which I noted because I had to review the combat log to see who cast something that killed everyone we were fighting, and what they had cast. I think it was Safiya who did it.

Epic spells are so... unepic, if that's a word. VF is the only worthwile one, but it's rarely better than other feats you can take (such as the ones the OP mentioned), which usually have more than one use per day.
