....but seriously, what kit can best use this heavy melee/DR? Im reminded of how awesomely awesome the Batguard's BC+ HM is. This basically means any vanguard can do this. So the  question then becomes what power is better than the batguards other power?

.....AV? Lift nades? BC+HM+nades?
