How the heck would Shepard, the first human Spectre, savior of the Citadel and the face of Alliance recruiting vids for months be able to go undercover?

Then again, he did the same in Kasumi's loyalty mission, which makes just as little sense...

Bioware always finds a good reason and I'm more confident in them than ever after reading those achievements. Looks like my sources pulled through on this one! Can't wait to review!

Been asking the same question about James Bond for years.

In all seriousness, maybe "undercover" means the type of undercover where Shepard acts as if s/he supports one agenda while servicing another.

Hmmmmm, the achievement graphics are interesting. For some reason I smell a "Shepard is cutting into business" conspiracy not a "EHRMEGERD end of the wurldz comings!" conspiracy....

Maybe.  At least with the Kasumi DLC, everyone thought Shepard had died two years earlier.  It didn't seem too far-fetched to me at least.  Not everyone recognized Shepard right away.

The same excuse wouldn't apply for this DLC though.  A fake name just won't work this time- everyone knows Shepard's alive.

Have to agree, in a sense. It had to be a good reason for me to believe this mess.

I'd be satisfied with a fake name. My Shepard looks like the every day man, and I think he'd easily pass off as one.

Well I just replayed Pinnacle station and it was actually fun I used to hate it so another similar thing would be interesting. Definitely still psyched for this one.

Yeah - the image in OP's link won't load, and it tried to kick me to a porn site when I clicked it. Using a phone. Could someone say what the achievements are, please?

Probably the millions of people dying and being harvested while you take shots with Wrex.

Well, it's not like Shepard's been saving them.

Too bad the game is bugged so that my achievements disappear half the time anyway.

So what? Back in ME1 you can dick around in Pinnacle station and go collecting matriach writings while the Illos mission was available and then there's ME2 where you go around solving daddy issues while humans are being harvested by collectors.

This is a non-issue.

When BioWare use the excuse of fetch quests because of the war. It is not a non-issue. And there's a big difference between chasing after Saren to stop him bringing the Reapers, and the Reapers actually being there destroying everything, right?

I hope the arcade game is like Space Invaders

Little reapers slowly but surely making their way down to the ground, with Harbinger appearing once in a while, shooting across the top of the screen.

Whatever works.  My custom Shep looks like a generic NPC so maybe she'll pass too.

I still hope that this undercover thing uses something more than a fake name.

BTW, what are these "sources" you mentioned?

Parties are good for morale. Troops overseas act like dumbasses sometimes because it lightens the mood, later increasing combat performance. Anyone who argues against that has zero understanding of the most basic psychology.

As long as Shepard and Co. don't make a habit of shirking their duties, adding this in the DLC is both realistic and welcome.
