I'd be satisfied with a fake name. My Shepard looks like the every day man, and I think he'd easily pass off as one.

Those stupid mass-produced Shepard VIs may foil that plan.

Yeah - the image in OP's link won't load, and it tried to kick me to a porn site when I clicked it. Using a phone. Could someone say what the achievements are, please?

Me too, even though it's titled "Technical Issues".

It's Avina, she reveals all.

Recycled ideas (will we have our very own Tallis?), pointless war assets, meaningless achievements.
Where's the 'nail in the coffin' achievement? Only one appropos at this stage of the game.

"Throw a party"?  Ah, this then is the tiny romance bit.

"Have I not gifted you with my Mojo of Mightiness, Meaningless ME2 Fling? I am remiss!"
"Oh, Shepard!"  *Swoon, bodices rip, men turn gay*
Fade to black.  Jack still says goodbye with infantilistically crass blatant-lack-of-character-growth bullsh!t in holo.

The unnecessity of this DLC keeps growing.  Fifteen bucks of unnecessity.  Fifteen bucks of filler.

Interest/enthusiasm ...waning....

Wednesday will tell the tale.

Thursday will feel the rage.

Friday, ME is dead as SP franchise.

Alas, alack, fie - for shame.  Tis all, as a man once said, she wrote.

Ah, the semi-literal elephant in the room.

Probably the millions of people dying and being harvested while you take shots with Wrex.

Or the ending...

Wondered how long it would take.

Don't like the sound of this combat sim though, sounds a little MP-esque for my tastes

I don't think so. BioWare know what us fans want, and what we want they deliver. They know that people wanted more interaction with squadmates and they also know how much we loved groundbreaking dlc's like Pinnacle Station. So it's only natural they would combine the two into a fast paced, action packed, blockbuster dlc, I cannot wait!

I personally have never played Pinnacle Station, but one of my rl friends tells me it was his favorite dlc of the trilogy to date. Sounds like we're in for quite a treat

I can't work out if pinnacle station liking is sarcasm? I never played it myself, but I thought it was universally panned?

Yeah, it's sarcasm. The previous combat "simulator" in the series was a misfire.

I would have to agree with this statement. BioWare knows what fans love most about Mass Effect and that is the action. It's why the ending on the Citadel in ME1 and the suicide mission in ME2 are so renowned. Because of the intense combat. Its Mass Effect's bread and butter after all. Which is also why they continued to improve upon it through all 3 games. So am I happy to be having a Pinnacle Station 2.0? Well, of course! Who in their right mind wouldn't?

Nobody's making you guys finish all of those achievements. You guys can just finish the conspiracy mission and talk to all of your squadmates without playing the mini games after it.

I am, I will admit.  I'm not complaining, though.  Just prophesizing.

It's kind of an anti-Zen thing, a plea to the universe to prove me wrong and have this thing kick ass. Please Zombie Jesus, prove me wrong!

Normally, I have very few expectations for anything, so I rarely get disappointed, and nor - I know as a hopefully mature adult - should I care about something this trivial.

There's this old-timey thing, see, where once businesses and people lived and died on their words and reputations.

This happens rarely nowadays.  This makes me sad and a little cynical.  Gilding a sh!tbrick with gold just gives you a gold-plated brick of sh!t.  This is what we are sold and we are meant to be grateful.

No.  I am not so easily bought.

I may be a downer, but at least I'm honest about it.

Who in the less fashionable end of hell are you, anyway?

You seem to have set yourself up as the Standards Compass in BSN.  I see you in damn-near every thread and you play the same tune on your tired little fiddle:  "Aw, the peons complain again.  How ...quaint. *sniff*"

You get any more droll and hipsterish, your ass will dessicate and fall off, and you'll be completely brainless.

I mean, hell, I may be a dick on ocassion - I fully admit to this, ask any drone of the Talicancer - but I least I have some style, a little flair, a tad of panache.

I have yet to see you add anything substantial to any thread you pontificate in, except to simply reiterate the above in one form or another. Pointed and meaningful insight in this forum it isn't.

Is that really all you've got?  No girl?  No lights, no motorcars, not a single luxury?  Do you think you are missed if you don't spam this all over the place?  Is that why you do it?  "I must reiterate the obvious again and again and again!  BSN MUST KNOW!"

Sheesh.  Maybe BSN needs a B.Rasputin Law, akin to Godwin's:  "If BR tells you people complain, the thread is over, everyone has all the info they need."

It'd save us the time.

and you've contributed nothing to this thread but your own miserably pessimistic predictions.

To that end, Brovikk has a point. Your b*tching and moaning about something you know nothing about yet. Not that I care. You fit right in with the BSN choir (reminds me of those seagulls in Finding Nemo)
