Me too, even though it's titled "Technical Issues".

The safeties going offline is a pretty common plot for the Holodeck in Star Trek and for the Danger Room in X-men. $10 says that's exactly what we have here.

So this DLC is basically Pinnacle Station with a tad bit more plot, I take it. Sounds like this "party" is really the DLC's biggest selling point. What a shame.

i wonder how this party will go down, will everyone just be able to ignore the elephant in the room?

I'll bite, what elephant?

Probably the millions of people dying and being harvested while you take shots with Wrex.

It occurs to me that if the Normandy were badly damaged in an explosion, say when docking on the Citadel, it might explain why you're stuck there for a while.

I don't agree, That part of it IMO is the "bonus" the main part of the dlc will be like what we have already gotten.

and you've contributed nothing to this thread but your own miserably pessimistic predictions.

To that end, Brovikk has a point. Your b*tching and moaning about something you know nothing about yet. Not that I care. You fit right in with the BSN choir (reminds me of those seagulls in Finding Nemo)

Congratulations, you can allude using Disney.  Such cultural depth you display.

Is that what I did?  I "b!tched and moaned"?  I don't think I did that.

It's an interesting dichotomy, isn't it?  People, burned and burned and burned by EA and Bioware, express very little faith in yet another series of war assets and two minute convos interspersed with pewpewpew, and then the horde of holier-than-thou "you people disgust me with your negativity!" jackasses roll through - as if you were anything substantively different.

Well, you ain't, so your spew means about as much as mine does.

Like I said, at least I try and make mine entertaining,  instead of sounding like someone's p!ssy grandpa.

Interesting selection of Achievements (figured there'd be 9 in total, since the in-game Achievements has been updated with 9 "placeholders" with the last update, I see).... anyone figure out what the logo image in the "Last Resort" achievement is?

EDIT: Wonder why they used the Striped Dartfish for the first "Priority Target" achievement... aconnection to Kahje and the hanar/drell, perhaps? Or are the conspirators just targeting Shepard's fish tank?

Just becaue you used more colorful vocabulary, doesn't change the fact that it was basically b!itching and moaning.

Guess I should have checked the story forum before creating a similar thread. Also, the achievements are not spoilers.

I did the same thing in the MP forum for the gift pack.

Someone earlier in this thread guessed that someone will break into Shepard's cabin, maybe breaking the fish tank.

funny you think a reference to Disney, determines how much "cultural depth" one has lol

No. Ironically, I was referencing the seagulls in relation to your intelligence level. You did a bang up job of proving my point. Funny you bring up jackasses. You should look in the mirror.

I almost can't wait until the first mod on this DLC.... "The New Vegas mod"

Change the music in the casino area to hits by Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis Jr., Bobby Darin, etc.

The last achievement could very well be about the Arena hub, not necessarily the group who is trying to kill Shepard in the side story.

Only 2 (possibly 3) of the 9 achievements are related to the combat arena.

So based on the achievements, the combat arena looks to be 22% to 33% of the DLC.

Also Pinnacle Station was bad because ME1's combat was bad. ME3's combat is damn good and a combat arena where you can just play with squad abilities and weapons and such has been something I've been wanting for a while.

I wonder if the arena is like a holodeck or danger rrom. Where you can pick from a bunch of scenarios or maps and planets loacations. That would not be bad at all as a bonus. The only achievment that catches my eye is "Team Player". Hope is still there for a SM 2.0.

Very observant. Notice the post of mine that followed where I explained it? No? Too easy to leap to judgement.  Ah, BSN never changes.

Well, this is a 4 gig DLC we're talking about, with a campaign first and mini-games (probably) later, so this isn't your typical DLC.

Dang.

Ouch.  Cutting.  I should leave BSN if I'm going to be continually outclassed by mental giants such as yourself.

The one screen in the press release with alot of the returning squaddies and Wrex hints HEAVILY at a Suicide Mission 2.0 meaning the villain HAS to be somewhat major to be so much of a threat that you need more than your usual 3 person squad to deal with.
