My Achievement placeholders haven't updated yet - they're still listed under wacky titles like "$8929921" or "$8987563".Mesina2 wrote...

The DLC isn't even out yet, and people are already complaining. Amazing,:innocent:
You think? That's how I always see it. That way you expect it and it won't be much of a surprise.

Just becaue you used more colorful vocabulary, doesn't change the fact that it was basically b!itching and moaning.
Very observant. Notice the post of mine that followed where I explained it? No? Too easy to leap to judgement. Ah, BSN never changes.
Well I read your justification of your b!tching, which doesn't change that fact that you are still b!tching. Its kind of funny actually, because I actually agreed with most of it, but the difference between you and me is that I don't complain about it every chance I get.

EDIT: Wonder why they used the Striped Dartfish for the first "Priority Target" achievement... aconnection to Kahje and the hanar/drell, perhaps? Or are the conspirators just targeting Shepard's fish tank?
Someone earlier in this thread guessed that someone will break into Shepard's cabin, maybe breaking the fish tank.
I have to admit this makes the most sense at the moment but at same time I hoping that nothing bad happens to the fish the Shepherd I made for this DLC got really attached to his fishes.
He's going to be at the party talking to Thane, Mordin, and Legion and be like.
"They're all dead man...ALL of them I really liked those fish there was one named Legion and another name Mordin and there's even one named after you Thane, and they're ALL dead and I keep thinking you guys are going to die and I don't want that."
"Don't worry Shepherd we ain't never going to die..."

well, i dont konw about you but my mordin fish survived. wrex fish died a while back though
Damn your fish died too well that sucks.
You know what I wouldn't be surpised if like the whole party in this dlc is actually Shepherd calling everyone to mourn his dead fish.
"Everyone I've call you here today to honor my fish that were taken too soon"
"Shepherd...really?"
"Yes"
"That's...sad and all but i still got Reapers on my homeworld so I really need to get-"
"WE WILL HONOR THE FISH NOW EVERYONE PRAY WITH ME"

Nor do I. I've growled about this overindulgence in hope precisely three times on this entire website. Three.
Three times is hardly constantly, and certainly "not every chance" I get. I also don't preface or amend every post with some snide - and pointless - remark about the endings or "art" or Miranda's bubble butt or the dribbly obsession with Tali's stupid face, all of which is more the rule rather than the exception.
Do I care that you or anyone else feels the need to "call me to task" (why any of you think you're qualified I have no idea) - well... no. I can be a dick and you the smug finger-wagger, or vice-versa, but it doesn't mean a damn thing to BW or BSN. You and I could calmly and respectfully sagely discuss the DLC, its possible ramifications and the hopes and fears of what's left of the legit fanbase. But what purpose would it serve? I would agree that it would be an enormously pleasant change in the sea of infantile that is known as BSN. Those kinds of threads degenerate faster than any kind here. They are hunted down and they are mercilessly killed, suffocated under banality and childish hate by the residents herein.
So, what are you left with? You can try and talk about something you think cogent and relevant, but you and I both know that BSN won't allow that for long, or you can just try and squeeze something in among the nonsense, even if you have to use nonsense to do it.
If I had been urbane and reasonable, no one would have noticed.
Method to the madness.

One thing I started thinking about when I saw that the whole "spectre-level" opponents in the simulator achievement was a comment the devs made during the Reckoning demo live stream about Blasto being in the Citadel DLC. At first, I thought it was just going to be more stuff like that one billboard, just some funny advertisements or something, or perhaps you could go on a date with your LI to see the movie, and they actually made a little clip or something that you catch during a cut scene. But then after seeing this achievement, I remember they made some joking comments that they shouldn't have put him in the DLC because he's a fictional character in the Mass Effect universe. Which has me wondering if Blasto is one of these Spectre-level opponents. I mean, it would be silly, and I'm not sure how a Hanar spectre would fight, but its a theory I have going.
In that case, Marauder Shields should be the villain.

They wont be most likely. Mordin,Thane, and Legion; my three absolute favorite characters in the franchise next to Wrex, wont be returning for one final Hoorah in this DLC. That is a tragedy.
