There's no date showing on the RtO page. That date on the BioWare page is today's date, and I'm guessing is the date that update was posted, not the intended release date.

Hmm... interesting.

Why is it there?  I visited  that very page early this morning and  there was no mention of RTO at all.  So  definitely it was updated today.

And if you read that mention, it's in present tense....  there's no "coming soon", no  "pre-order now", no "stay tuned for more info".

Yeah I'm pretty sure that date is the date that message was posted nothing more. I'm sure Bioware will make a statement in the community update thread if it will be released.

While I am certain this is not globally true (nothing in computers is), for the majority, it is.

Nope not true, the downloadable content appeared on my side but basically got stuck at 0% when I tried to download it. If I finished RTO then my profile's achievements should have shown that as evidence as I play online sometimes to upload images and to brag about my achievements. Whatever the reason for it appearing on random people such as me is a mystery and I hope it gets sorted right away.

Lasty, I want it sorted because imagine if your points were taken from you and not linked to your account and still no RTO because of a glitch on their part. Contesting that claim from your side will be investigated and will just drag on. So Bioware should fix whatever they are doing on their side so as not to disappoint people again.

Tuesdays in America are generally the day when games and new content get released. Which makes me wonder why all this funny buisness is going on a few hours before tuesday.
