So. Seventeen button mouses and any artifically gained advantage are perfectly acceptable, but Repair Matrix is unbalanced. Okay, then.
Still so weird seeing Call of Duty-esque snobbery in a co-operative game. The two go together like peanut butter and ketchup. Enjoy your crutches.

Some of us prefer to rely on honed skill.

Yeah, but are different mouse that different? As in does a good mouse compensate for a weaker mouse?

for FPS yes, better mice have better lasers, glide better and usually have a button to quickly change sensitivity(great for lining up those head shots) also wired is better then wireless due to the response time

for most everything else it really doesn't matter to much, some mice like the Razer Naga are a bit better for MMOs but i personally dont like them simply because i found the buttons get in the way

some mice like that RAT(in the pic) can be really customized such as the size and weight to really make it comfortable in your hand so some people sware by them but it seems like a lot of effort getting the thing set just right

Seriously, this who "PC Master Race" BS grinds my gears so bad.
You think you're better than someone because you can play a VIDEO GAME with a little bit prettier graphics.

It's a joke.

Do you really think someone would seriously brag about being part of the "master race" on a forum of a game that was originally designed for consoles ? And that was badly adapted to PC ? Not to mention the whole Origin fiasco.

I had that online pass bug earlier speaking of, Its very frustrating trying to login for multiplayer, after taking a thirty minute or so break from said multiplayer, for a error message of "An online pass is required to play this game"........and it Wasn`t thirty minuets ago? Image IPB
And  to top it all off, the online pass shows as installed, all the multiplayer DLC`s show as installed. Its AWESOMEImage IPB. And then having to wait forty or so minutes for a Help live chat to get an EA agent to fix the issue. I LOVE origin. Image IPB

Well, you've kinda got me there. I only have a standard Logitech ball mouse.
But, I do have the Belkin n52te Speedpad.

One should not forget the other hand.

So long as my mouse has forward and backward buttons on the side for my thumb, I'm good. And that's any logitech.

That's not a mouse...That's a Transformer or something :o

I have a really nice computer but I'm playing with a basic three button mouse...and my mouse wheel won't really click onto anything anymore.

Perhaps I like a challenge.

Damn I need a laser mouse, i'm tired of clean the wheel of this thing lol

I think i will take it a picture :P

I did offer to send you one for your birthday ;)

I'll be upgrading to the Roccat Kone+ next payday, it's been recommended to me by a friend, and then Feneckus states that it is awesome, thus I shall invest!  Jay recommed a cyborg mouse to me, I've looked into those very heavily and they are going to be too big for my hands, even with the adjustment, plus I think £90 for a mouse is s bit silly.  £50 is pushing it tbh.  My OCZ equalizer mobile has extremely worn contacts, so much so that I can't hold charged weapons and the acolyte randomly fires.  Not optimal, but it's seen me through hundreds of hours of games.

I never had any "gaming mouse" since I don't have that much money to invest in that kind of feature, but you get used to it.

The left click / right click and the wheel have always been enough for me.

I have a keyboard for everything else anyway.

*shrug*

Also, if you think you are better than another PC player because you have a bigger mouse, you are going to have a bad time.

you had enough for the computer, but not a mouse? lol

I was thinking that as I read this thread.

I also thought, if he had bought a console he could have had money left over for a bigger mouse he didn't need.:)
