Just a heads up, apparently there's a random glitch that allows you to max all powers. My Krogan Warlord is level 18 and is currently maxed with 33 points to spare.
Please look into it. It may just be a random glitch but I just wanted to give the heads up.

You need to either promote or respec. Playing a fully specced character is a banable offence.
It occurs a few different ways, one involving character cards? The other involving promoting and then just using the vanilla humans until lvl 20.
