ok so i beat DA and there was an autosave at the end of the game so you can keep playing. the only issue was WHY CANT WE GO ANYWHERE TO DO SIDEQUESTS! i love the game but i dot see the point in only letting you do DLC. with side quests you would still have more playing time so what is honestly the point.

You'd have to change the world to reflect how your decisions changed it. Hard to justify for just an ending

No, I'm saying that if they wanted to make a world after the archdemon died, they'd have to change the world to show how you effected it to reflect the epilogue slides. Really pointless to do all those changes JUST to run around for sidequests

No. But when the expansion comes out you'll be able to go on with your character. This lets people who finished a character before DLC came out get the good weapons and armor and so on, do personal quests (like with Shale) and so use them in future expansions.
