Same here, I just wanted my new character. I was really confused why I kept getting promotional weapons. Took me about 4 packs to realize it was a bug. PC currently, about to see if my Xbox has the same problem...

Same here, just opened 4 packs i think before noticing that its a bug, was wondering why wasn't getting a reckoning character.

Same issue here, PC. I think I opened about 8 or 9, I assumed I was supposed to get a reckoning character for the weekend op, then figured something must be wrong.

I wasn't following this gift thing before but judging from numerous tweets i just googled across we where supposed to get a free reckoning character.

My reckoning URs were not maxed out. I just maxed the rares, gear and characters. Is the promo weapon normal for the gift pack?

I think it's supposed to give a single reckoning character so to make it easier completing the WE challange. Seen many consoleros on twitter reporting their results. The bug seems ot be PC only so far.

Nope, I've only received 1 gift pack.

I only just downloaded the DLC 30 mins ago, and don't have one of the new characters yet. I wonder if that's significant?

I just reported to Bryan a few mins ago. I too openned several packs before clicking on that this was likely a bug.

Not having too much of a clue about who this Chris is, might anyone be able to point me in the right direction for reporting that this is happening to me as well? I'm guessing it could lead to a rollback of some sort.
