Gift pack still in the store for me, even after exiting Origin and relaunching. I won't be touching it though, and I trust it will sort itself out!

Dont know if this is a related issue, but I got a talon merc in my pack. Now when I enter any MP game my controls are reset to default. Exiting out of the game and/or lobby and changing my character fixes this issue.

After resetting your game you should still have 1 more gift pack. You can open it.  You wont get any more after that.

Here's the way I look at it... If they noobs get all N7 weapons, then at least they will be able to contribute more to a match. Likely they will get bored and go back to COD. Ultimately no real damage done.

Except, I didn't get to "stock up"

Ok now i'm on a streak.

The fix worked for me. Got my Geth Juggeraut. Did a silver to complete challenge, bought a reserves pack and what do i get? My AIU.

If you were one of the affected players, as long as you didn't abuse the glitch, you should be able to keep your Valkyrie.

I was surprised when my gift pack reappeared after I opened it (and found another Eagle...), so I thought it would reappear until I actually dropped a Reckoning kit and tried another 5-6 times.

Guess what? I maxed the Eagle and the Wratith, no Reckoning Kit...

After the fix I finally dropped a Talon Mercenary and I'm fine with that, even with the fact I didn't receive the com pack after I completed the challenge.

I hope I won't be rolled back, because I feel already punished enough with my previous 7 useless gift packs.

Won't lie. Not happy about this at all. As usual, the legitimate players get shafted for not taking advantage of a bug whilst everyone else runs along all happy as larry. One? Sure. Four? That's a month of weekend events that not a single one of us legitimate players can get back.

Jealous? A little, yeah. Frustrated? Most definitely.

7...Useless...Sure. Over a month of weekend events...

Do you know how many commendation pack weapons I got? One. It was an Eagle 7. And I'm damn ****ing happy with that.

I know it's not your fault, I apologize if I came across at all brash regarding such and you felt at all personally attacked. Such was not my intention. I'm just...Frustrated, for a lack of better words, that players like myself work genuinely hard to earn what we have, whilst others are being slipped them behind the counter. We're not even talking a case of where players have legitimately earnt the advantage before a change has taken place (Consumable Caps.) but outright taking advantage of a bug.

...Actually, I'm just gonna stop whilst I'm ahead and give this a rest. You don't deserve this **** when it likely isn't even your fault and I of all people know what it's like to have unwarranted pressure. I'm going to bed and I again apologize.

There is only one thing in this game that cannot be unlocked by playing more. Well perhaps five things. The promo guns. If BW is going to let people keep them and not offer free gift packs to all players... that is a travesty. No one should get banned. Everyone should get rolled back.

I honestly think 4 is generous...and even fair. I didn't get this but if I did my mind would go

*Gift pack with N7* "Huh...nifty"
*Another one* "I..uh..don't get it.."
*Another one* "I'm not sure these are supposed to keep respawning...I'm gonna go online and check it out"

It takes a few to realize there is even a problem, so it's not fair to penalize them. Sort of like the very early issue of missile per match cap thing that happened way back when.

Honestly I'm not fussed. I expect the promo weapons to be added to the UR pool eventually so everyone will get to max them out at some point.

Do you know how many commendation pack weapons I got? One. It was an Eagle 7. And I'm damn ****ing happy with that.

I use the Eagle with the N7 Infiltrator Only and I have already maxed its Challenge so I have no use for it until I get the Pistol Medal.
I have never, ever used the Wraith, in fact I despise any shotgun other than the Reegar and the Geth Plasma Shotgun.

I have wanted to unlock the Typhoon since its introduction and never found it in the packs; I always saved up for Premium Spectre Packs before the Arsenal/Reserves pack introduction, and after that I went with the Arsenal ones.
I still haven't unlocked that gun, only useless (for me) shotguns.
I'm still at Harrier L1, so shoot me if I'm unimpressed, or better I'm properly mad about maxing the Eagle while still lacking stuff like the Typhoon, the Krysae, the Collector Rifle and a proper lvl Harrier.

P.S.: how do you describe something you have no use for? useless.
7 packs with stuff I didn't need (save for the medigel, that's always handy) = useless to me.
