Okay so I just bought 2 reserves packs and got the collector adept, krogan warlord and alliance infiltration unity. Any tips on how to best use these characters. Or any good builds.

I like ignoring the health/melee tree on the Infiltration Unit and maxing the other stuff, and ignoring the gun/power damage tree on the Warlord, though I hear a lot of people saying it's best to ignore the Electric Hammer so I may try that build soon.
With the Infiltration unit, the Raider or Disciple are probably the best bets, or Claymore if you're into that. Pop a Repair Matrix if you wanna rush in, then cloak, Snap Freeze armored targets, and lay into them with your shotguns. Even after exiting cloak with Snap Freeze you should have a shot or two benefit from the shotgun damage bonus.
I'm sure forgoing Snap Freeze is also viable, but I like being able to deal with Dragoons.
