You don't back your "possitive statements" of the game up with any relevence or examples as to why they were good. Just
"its amazing"
"It's a masterpiece"
"I love this game"
"I dont think anything should change"
Those who dislike the game ending give reasons as to why. You need to put your money where your mouth is.

ninja'd. Okay no one on the official team said it.
Look I don't want to start a fight here. I just wanted to say that arguing over whose head canon has more validity is pointless.
I don't want to sour any relationship our modding team has with Bioware. Bioware's endings are the official endings to the game. They are open endings. What you do with them post ending is your head canon.
MEHEM is available for those of us who want a more visual representation, and it is a possibility. It is a fan creation. It is for PC only.
I know, I know. I just couldn't resist.

Put my money where my mouth is? Well, considering that I've picked up all the DLC released for the game so far, I'm pretty sure that's exactly what I'm doing.

It does, but it's sometimes a giggle to read.
Don't judge me.

Why does he have to, exactly? I doubt he really cares WHY you keep hating the ending, his reasonings to why he enjoys it are just as irrelevant.
I've seen entire essays written here about continuity problems, space magic, theme issues and I still think it's just as good as any other AAA game's ending.
Also, hate is just so tiring, I dunno how you guys do it for so long.

Exactly, headcanon is good. If one person believes that they ascended via control and proceeded to make love unto the citadel tower's council chamber's window, that's totally fine by me.
It's the freedom to think what you want to.
That's the best part sometimes. It's the speculations. I mean on every gaming forum, there's always that group that tries to plot out what the next game will be like.

You'd think the cupcakes would have tipped somebody off to the inherent silliness, but alas.

Not sure where you're getting this information. Drew moved to BioWare Austin to work on SWTOR. He says on his own website that he "didn't work on ME3 at all."Ironhandjustice wrote...
Seriously, the ending was very rushed, and Drew (the main writer) was fired at middle game development.

if you take the ending literally, it is still the worst ending in the history of storytelling. thats my opinion.
however if you look at it as IT it suddenly becaomes something altogether different.
of course tho some things are not allowed to be mentioned on these forums so i'll leave it there.

The middle of Mass Effect, not 3. Though it is a fact he wasn't "fired". Whether he CHOSE to move onto TOR or not is unknown. Either way is possible.

Oh it's beyond silly, you even have two delusional "theories" some have conjured up to give some foolish hope that the ending will be changed all the while continuing to buy BW's DLC.
LOL!

it is a common mistake, but when you purchase software (Games or Office software), you do not actually own the software or anything it contains.
you simply purchase a "licence" to use said Software, that is why stealing assets from a game or software you can be charged for "piracy".
If you do not believe me, contact the developer of the software and ask, or read the entire "Licence Agreement".

After so many years of excellence, watching that same company cause an entire trilogy to crash and burn before your eyes can bring out some pretty strong emotions.
The way the uproar was handled didn't help either. Talk about pouring gasoline on a fire...

The last thing this game needs is a happy ending. A good ending, yes, something coherent, without plot holes and that doesn't feel like it's been slapped together 5 minutes before the game was finished. But not a happy, Shepard lives and rainbows and glitter ending.

I also couldn't get Sheppard to survive after destroying the reapers without playing multiplayer extensively (I hate MMO's btw), which is BS. The single player campaign should not be linked to the multiplayer.
It's not anymore.
Is this true? Can I get High EMS Destroy Shepard Breath scene w/o lame MP?

After all the similar complaints you guys must have read about, (by this point I must sound like an owl, echoing the endless whining about a depressing ending) I was hoping that Bioware would release an alternative ending DLC. The movie industry does it for their fans on the dvd releases, so why not Bioware?
Easy. In order to offer what you are suggesting, they would have to make a "right" choice in the final decision, which would invalidate everyone who chose otherwise. In addition, that kind of work takes time and, more importantly, money. So they would have to charge for it, or lose money. Neither option is a rather attractive decision. Long story short, it's more trouble than it's worth.

I suppose that I'm too passionate regarding ME

I read it time ago on the BSN linked to news somewhere. I was wrong, I guess. No one contradicted this before and is good to know. to be fair.
He moved, then. Sorry for the missinformation

And I'm still wondering where people got the whole... artistic integrity, too video-gamey, and other stuff like those... I'd like to see the primary source for those quotes... I mean, if I really wanted, I can quote something, and completely annihilate the intended meaning...
