The Piranha and Raider's effective ranges synergize very well with snap freeze.

I've been alternating between the Raider and the Piranha, though the Claymore and Reegar are definetly good options aswell.

I started with the claymore and wraith, but then due to my odd luck with promo weapons I decided to use the crusader, and boy do I love it. Blasting away and head shotting at close range, but without losing the long range capabilites entirely. On gold just about anything shy of phantoms that I can line up a headshot on is just toast =).

Thus far I tried the Piranha and Raider with her and I must say I like the Raider best. The Wraith would be a good choice as well, but since I use that already with some other classes I wanted to try something different with her. I do use Stab. Mod III to tone the Raider down a bit.

Huh, did get the feeling that the reload was faster. Not exactly needed to RC but every little bit helps. I didn't mention the RoF because seriously, its so obvious unless you've never used it before. One other thing I love about it though is how much ammo the Raider packs, for my other heavy snipers and the reegar I've always needed to hump ammo boxes. With the Raider I hump ammo boxes because of my obsession with keeping my ammo topped up instead of necessity.

On Gold I like the Wraith, simply because there are more mooks and I'm too lazy to reload cancel when I don't have to. On Platinum, I'd go Claymore all the way. My picks are biased, though, simply because I'm not a big fan of the lolreegar or Raider for no good reason except that I don't really like them.

the 40+ spare ammo is great.

Any gun that can shoot faster with comparable damage with multiple shots is better for sustaining kill speed imo.

Claymore is a bit slow in that department... what is the point of doing 3k+ damage to a cannibal?

On a boss i could see... but with teamates it makes such a little difference.

Also, a triple tap raider is supa shexy

The sound too, every shot is like taking a crunch of the armored hide of a praetorian. They get crunched pretty quickly too. Also helps keep them off balanced if you target their weak spot.

You realize you need to combine it with incendiary ammo to get it to a goldy level right? Its more of an incendiary exploit, because the damage stacks, and the reegar's extremely fast rate of fire creates a massive stack of incendiary damage.
