I lol'd at Geth Turret. It restores 700 shields per restore when specced for max regen. His heavy melee regens 900/sec. Points in geth turret are wasted points.

it's been my experience when you have 2 banshees an to pratorians on you that additional 700 every 6 sec helps more then you would think.

Is it true if I think that his heavy melee can be affected quite badly by lag?

 

Because at one time I tried him, it seems like I have great difficulty in locking a unit to be pulled over even if I pressed the melee button deeply and even if it's successful, the melee duration seemed awfully short.

^yes, lag can make his heavy melee practically useless. One game I had was so laggy it only worked maybe 2 times the whole game. It was infuriating.

I've been using him lately and my progress with him is just like as it's always been...i'm hit or miss with this kit. For the most part i use him as an offensive unit...when i do tank, i try to make sure my turret is within range so i can hit praetorians or banshees with with hard hitting weapons..(typhoon for me) and then heavy melee when my health takes a hit.

 

Keeping the turret in range ensures that i don't have to heavy melee long and i can get back to hitting enemies with substantial firepower. Teammates make a huge difference though. The juggy is such a huge target, and like others have mentioned, even with all of your options being used, the juggy cannot withstand a torrential onslaught of Banshees/Brutes...Atlas/Phantoms/turrets, Primes/Pyros/rocket troopers and Praetorians/Scions. Your teammates have got to be up to the task of taking out these enemies or taking care of enemies hitting you from a distance while you are tanking.
