I'd love to have really all former Squadmates back (which obviously isn't possible), LI content for ALL LI's,great friendship moments, the characters who could little content in the actual game to have a little more than others and a good story (with logical explanations why we're taking a break from the Reaper War). And I really,really hope for more interaction between your squadmates.
I also wouldn't say no if some more familiar faces made a cameo.

I want the M-7 Lancer for single player. I'm also looking forward to this "Armax Combat Arena". That sounds like it might be something like Pinnacle Station... perhaps with ME3 multiplayer maps? That would be awesome.

Failing that some party banter with Wrex and Ashley/Kaiden and Tali since they didn't really have a chance to talk in the main game.

Totally not happening because contradicts everything the devs said: Making Citadel a near death experience after you've made your ending choice. Time slows down and you see a vision of all your friends at the citadel. You go for a final adventure with em, and sit down and talk about their plans for the future. You know so we get total closure. Oh and this way there is no problem with Thane being there. If you picked the High EMS Destroy He(and Mordin and the others) say: It looks like it's not your time yet, commander, and escort you to a door that leads back to life. If not, you go with all the dead former squadies into the light. How is it? Huh? Casey? Drew? Anyone?

Reasonable wishes:

Challenges that require thinking, and/or tactics (complex puzzles and boss fights)
Hoodless Kasumi
Aria and Wrex reuniting
Someone talking about facing asari commando units or embracing eternity
One, Final. Happy. And loud: ASSUMING CONTROL

In fairness, the thread on here following along with her "tweets" as a breaking news story of the Reaper invasion, the night before the game was released... at the time it was pretty damn cool.

I can see how it would be annoying for people who missed out on it happening "live" to find that a recurring character was killed off on twitter, but for those present when it happened it was something of an emotional rollercoaster.

Tied to that actually, I hope I can take Agent Pearson (My Robot Dog, named after Emily Wong's Redshirt friend) to my Citadel living quarters.

I agree with pre-order items, but people paid extra money for the CE, why should people get the items that others paid £25 more to get for £10 in addition to a new storyline?
